If I could give this branch less than 1 star I would. Do not go here unless you have time to waste. They move in slow motion without a care in the world and have no apologies about it.

Citibank is not one of my favorites for credit cards and in bank assistance. This location is very convenient when I'm out walking in my neighborhood. I don't particularly have a problem with the customer service representative attitude it's just that when you need assistance they refer you back to the website. I find the website very difficult to use. Maybe it's because my Citibank Card is also a Macys Credit Card. As I age I need less and less belongings. I rarely use my Macys Card since Covid and inflation. I received this letter in the mail regarding my account. I'm recommending you be aware of these changes effective December 7, 2022. In addition if you need assistance with your credit card don't bother going into a Citibank Branch.

Literally no means to deposit quarters as they do not have quarter envelopes and refuse to accept loose quarters. They jever have sufficient envelopes for any denomination so you are left with a bank that fails in basic services.

I never had a bad experience at this branch and I have used it for 25 years. Ms. Chavez helped me today and was nothing but very polite and efficient.

These people scam you. My husband and I got involved with them through best buy and there has been nothing good about them. They are connected with best buy to make you open multiple accounts (yes this sounds crazy but it happened to us) and the only purpose is to make you have more accounts and eventually owe them more money. DONT GO TO THIS BANK is all scam… and shame on best buy for using this horrible company to open credit cards with….

this branch of the bank is horrible. there were only two managers working with customers and they were unbelievably slow, and also when you type your bame on the paper they crossed my name and i passed my order

I went in there to get a roll of quarters and no I do not have an account but I needed to do my laundry !!! This area is all black or brown and I am white and I am sure that if I had a different skin color I would’ve walked out with a roll of quarters !!!

Lack staffing on Saturday, long wait for the teller , and even longer wait for assistance. All I needed was a temporary card and waited over one hour to see someone.

The banker help me resolve my issue within 30 mins I will be glad to continue to use this branch I was having doubts with banking with Citi bank even after 4 days of my account opening Citi put a block on my account but the issue was resolved as of today I was happy because I got provided respect and was treated with care about my banking concerns after 2 days of my money being frozen to where I couldn't take it out I'm glad the banker resolve my issue and that they were able to verify my identity.
