Ramon Ardaya is the worst bank officer who I ever had to deal with.I am thinking to take my business away from Citi Bank, because it is nonsense how bank officers are working here.I was in this bank on February 5th. Ramon said he will update me, call me to help me to fix my bank account statement issues.He gave me his phone number and email address. He was kind and told me to call him anytime, if he can’t pick up the phone he will definitely call me back.I am trying to reach him out all week. He doesn’t answer on phone or emails.He just deceived me!

Citibank is definitely the worst bank I have ever experienced. They froze my account for several days due to potential fradulent activity. I spent hours calling customer service - 0 success despite that I provided all the verification info. I visited this branch personally. I do not think there is a better way to verify myself. The bank agent verified me with ID, security questions and called the same customer support line - same treatment, they hung up on her mid-call. It’s like banking in ‘80s. Find a bank that values you and actually treats you like a human.

I can't say enough of how helpful the team at this branch is. Dmitriy Berman the Citigold Relationship Manager goes above and beyond for his clients. He will sit with you and take his time to explain things and even call from his home to make sure you understand your banking needs and procedures. His diligence and dedication is genuine and very helpful.

This location usually feels a little understaffed. Like it's 11:25 on a Monday and there's only one teller. At least it's not a super busy location.

I tried to open an account with them but one of them was very inpatient and super negative. It was so negatively impressive that I am writing this comment even it was one year ago.

I went to inquiry about a wire transfer that I received. Unfortunately the representative that I spoke with was extremely rude and treat me like garbage. She was rushing me and unwilling to help me solve my problem. After being a customer for more than 10 years I guess is time to change to a different institution.

Another great experience at the home base branch. They remember who their clients are. Gene the branch manager was able to inform me of new CDs that could help save money . Christine was super helpful and kind and Marie the teller was very quick and made the transaction easy.

Worst bank ever!!! They have more employees than other branch, but they are just stupid! I just make a deposit today, in other branch and bank, everything go through easily! But this one is terrible, they don't even know how to do and what to do! I waste 30mins here and they still could not solve the most easiest issue, I cancelled the transaction and they became very rude and impolite! Just find a professional and don't waste your money and time here! By the way, this remind me another thing happened a year ago, when I deposit $1000 and the teller only put $100ï¼ seriously, does Citibank employee never need to get a job training??? Looks like a 5 year old school boy can do much better than them!!!
