Female manager/teller is a joke. Couldn't even answer simple questions and try to make it look like I was the one asking something wrong. Please train your staff to listen to customer concerns first before going on a power trip :) Went to another branch and asked the same questions and they helped me out just fine.

Citi bank has always been great and respectful especially visiting this branch location. Glad that they make you feel comfortable and understanding.

Rotten bank. They cold call me every week to try to get me into different products. They ask what they can do to serve my needs better? They do this even when I've asked that they not call. Today there was a weird charge on my account. It took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Turns out an unexpected auto payment coupled with a large check I'd written created an overdraft. I transferred money immediately, as soon as I was notified there was a problem and asked if they could waive the fee. They could not... Of course... but they were only too happy to offer me an expensive overdraft protection plan. I said I'd talk with their sales person but after waiting for the transfer to go through for another 15 minutes they hung up on me. I've been a customer with this bank for about 14 years. This is the loyalty they show. Lame.

Horrible service provided by unprofessional female teller at Citibank 1065 Bryant Park, NYC branch. Blames customers for her sloppy job. Very slow when depositing cash. When I told her that the way she processed several cash deposits was slower than last time, she responded out of nowhere: "If you don't like the way I do my job you can go to another teller next time". She throw piece of paper at me. I ask for manager and I was told that manager will be with me in minute. Never come after I was waiting for my change for quite some time. Worst customer service ever. This branch needs huge improvement and needs better trained staff

Aweful service. Long wait time even without lot people. Avoid this place. If you have to do Citibank go somewhere else.

Not enough tellers, had to wait about 30min on line. Citi should know that 2 tellers during lunch time is not enough to serve customers. On top of this the branch manager was nice enough to lie to me that my package did not arrived although the package was at the branch.

Decent Citibank, three atms and it's a convenient location right across fro Bryant's park. Bus stops and subways at walking distance. A pretty big Citibank and clean and organized. Decent service and would come back to this citibank if I'm in the area.
