Unhelpful staff and management. I have several business and personal accounts with Citibank and they are a nightmare to deal with.

The branch on 34th St & 7th Ave., across the street from Macy’s only has the ATM open now, due to construction. I walked there only to find that out. Then had to walk another mile to an open branch. The world cannot survive on ATMs only. Please change the website and Google to reflect the bank’s current situation.

I came to citibank today to conduct my business. As I was waiting to be helped I see Ms. Caroline Davis and she sits me down to assist me. When I told her about my issues, she then decided to tell me that I had to wait outside the lobby area again. While I was waiting another customer came in and she told her to come into her cubicle and decided to assist her instead of me, while I was waiting. This is not how customer service should be conducted. I am very upset that she seems to pick and choose who she helps.

Went to this branch March 6th. Sought to speak with a personal banker, who happened to be Mr. Gomez in "transit." Mr. Gomez politely informed me he was already helping a client. Sat in a chair across from one "MD" Rahman, who periodically looked at his computer and everything but me. Not once did he have the "common courtesy" to acknowledge me by saying "someone will be with you in a moment." When he finally did get up to leave his cubicle, I quickly got up and politely asked "Excuse me..." As if talking to a child he rudely said "HAVE A SEAT!" Another customer who was leaving looked over at me surprised! I was so embarrassed. He is a poor representation of Citibank but thank God, Mr. Gomez, makes up that!

I always receive excellent customer service from here and the tellers are very fast. This location gets very busy but the line dies down right away

i cant describe the awfulness of this branch, both on the phone and in person. i feel sick after yet another day spending hours of my precious time on the phone with these people, only for them to forget to write the email we just discussed for an hour and they said they would send this email at the end of the call to confirm our conversation and put me in contact with a person who can help me with an issue. i was on hold for 52 minutes only for this new banker to put me on hold and then accidentally hang up on me. i am so sick of this awful customer service. im an extremely kind and patient person but this has me infuriated, and it isn’t the first time i have experienced this with this branch.

I called the general customer service number of Citibank and either the connection is so bad that I cannot hear them, or they speak a English that is barely comprehensible (I never experienced this issue with other banks). Very unfortunate.

please keep Your phony happy birthdays and your phony lbgt fake slogans saying that you care because I can advocate that you don't.I find it very offensive to me and very unprofessional to the branch manager that she has not responded to me about the funds that have been charged to my account because of the negligence of them falsely accusing me of depositing a fraudulent stimulus check. For the first time in a year I had my payments going back and everything because they closed my account and blocked it I have five debit cards here from where they tried to fix their situation and cause me fees from them and the other bank that I paid off and still have not been reimbursed for my fees. The last time I was there was 4 weeks ago after calling and trying to find out what's up with my account the first account that I had the branch manager closed on her own free will. I went and close my final account with another branch and as you can see on the final statement where I'm zeroed out after paying back all the fees and stuff they were inquired my address is still incorrect after all that they still weren't even sending my stuff to the wrong to the right address so who knows who could have been happening in my account after telling them about me dealing with identity theft.

It requires lots of waiting time to speak with a customer service representative. They should focus on that issue to provide efficient service.
