I came into Citibank with questions about opening an account because I was hesitant about opening any account with a bank but the second I met the teller Brianna, she explained every single issue that I had and I’m so grateful because I took a big step forward and I’ve never been so happy and I’m looking forward to bank with citi when it’s time. She was very patient and extremely professional.

Traveled from Argentina to apply for a credit card like a month ago, they told me i should receive a letter on two weeks max and i didn't get anything yet, and i have no way to check my application status because they didn't give me an application id and i don't have an SSN because i dont live in the US (The phone machine asks for that)

Just needed to change my name on my account following getting married. Waited 45 min No banker even said hi. A teller said they couldn’t help me. Saw about ten people in the office not helping people.

there is no human being at Citibank that can be reached by phone or on line. if you need anything that isn't part of their automated system, you can't have it. After going through five minutes of irelevant prompts, computer later said they were experiencing technical difficulties. Good bye, It used to be a good customer friendly bank. Too bad.

I found out the hard way that CitiBank willNOT honor their own CitiBank checks if you’re not a CitiBank account holder. Teller and manager were curt and didn’t even know which branches do what.... They sent me to a “specific” branch, and I got the run-around twice more , just to cash a CitiBank check at a CitiBank branch. NOT making me want to be a CitiBank customer.

Clean and decent location with the subway station and bus stops all at walking distance. Easy to find and there's usually a security inside at this location when the bank is closed and when it's only the ATM. Quite a few ATMs and usually alright service.

this citibank of 23 is the worst, I have to go to the bank every week to make deposit for a problem of the bank itself and today again the manager of the table treated me with lack of respect, ok I will be closing my account next Tuesday .
