I found everyone at this branch so very helpful and understanding of the issues I was having with my father and his dementia. I am thankful for the assistance and compassion with dear old dad. I did open an account so I could link it with my fathers but the online banking was so buggy and no one at the bank nor customer service could figure out why. I was unable to create an online account, unfortunately after weeks of issues I decided to save myself the hassle and cancel. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

By all means, do not bank at Citi!!! This bank has the worst customer service. The people that work there tell lies just to get you off their phones. I made a deposit into my account for a check that I received as a settlement. They blocked all of my accounts because they thought this check was a fraud. They blocked me from accessing the app and their website. I had to call them multiple times to resolve the issue. Each time I called, I was on hold for at least an hour. One of my calls lasted 3 hours including the wait time. When I finally spoke with someone in their fraud department, he told me he cleared the block and everything will be back to normal in 10 minutes. I waited an hour. When I tried to access my account, I still could not. I had to call back and be placed on hold. I am currently making the call at the moment. I have been on hold for 45 minutes now. This is totally unacceptable for 2022. Each time that I did speak with someone they were rude, unempathetic, impatient, and told lies. As soon as I do get access to my account, I will switch banks!!!

What a terrible branch. In fact, the entire customer service at Citi is horrid. Please don't cause yourself frustration and headaches. Find a different bank. The service is incompetent and atrocious. So very disappointed. I'm closing my accounts and going to a different bank.

I just finished speaking to a supervisor at Citibank because they sent me an offer where I would get 65,000 airline miles if I spent $4000 within four months and it's three months in and they're telling me now that because I had this card two years ago that I don't qualify for the offer anymore. They're telling me I should've read the fine print which I certainly didn't see and probably required a microscope to find! I told them that they shouldn't be sending out promotional material to customers and then have them accept the offer and get a credit card and spend $3000 and then tell them that they're not getting the promotion that was offered. Very annoying!

This Branch doesn't know what "customer service" means. I used the ATM to deposit some cash, the machine took my money and spit out an error message saying it could not deposit nor return my money and that I needed to call a customer service line. I went into the Branch and spoke to a teller who said she could not help, so I asked for a manager who also said the same thing. She said they were unable to access the ATMs and I needed to call the number on the receipt to file a claim. 1, I don't understand why in Branch employees, even a manager, could not access an ATM in their Branch. 2, If this was indeed the protocol, the Manager should assist me by sitting me down to call a service line, instead of me calling myself, going through a bunch of prompts and being put on hold with a CSR somewhere in Midwest America. I had to call twice because the first CSR hung up on me. In total I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a rep because of all the prompts and back and forth. The CSR told me that they can put a provisional credit onto my account but that it would take 10 business days -- so you mean this ATM issue will not be resolved within 10 business days?! What is the point of a provisional credit? I have been a loyal Citi customer for well over 10+ years with checking, savings and Credit Cards. I will be closing all my accounts once this ridiculous ATM fiasco is put to rest so they can no longer hold my money hostage. BTW - it is now business day 6 and I still see no provisional credit, no actual deposit, no official notice in the mail, no contact from this incompetent Branch nor from Citi as a whole.
