Terrible customer service over the phone. The location itself is fine, but I was just on hold for an hour because I couldnt login or reset my password to then find out they removed my access to online banking because they were reviewing my transactions.I had just opened the account less than 2 weeks ago and posted a paypal transfer, and that's it.They wouldn't tell me why they were reviewing it or what was wrong with the transaction.Sounds illegal to me and just to do it so I couldn't claim the $600 cash enrollment promotion they gave me.

Excellent customer service, professional service at every level, they know their product and use of their systems. Totally opposite to the Queens Plaza branch experience I had within 24 hours. Highly recommended this branch , if you are with tight time as they go the extra mile to accommodate you.

They are horrible to deal with. A real nightmare. They are always crying fraud and keep declining my transactions each time I use my card. They declined my card for mu Uber rides, my grocery, my Verizon phone bill and home insurance payment. In addition, calling them is a total nuisance because the wait is very long.
