the most RIDICULOUS store return policy requiring item to be return back to the same store. Literally drove 1 hr to the closest store to return a suit and was told I have to return to the same store I purchased from. This was never stated as part of the return policy. Now i have to drive another 30 min to the original store for return! Why is this even a chain if you don't allow returns purchased from your chain? I will never shop here again!

Less stock and styles than the 5th Ave store, manager is quite rude and store has strange rules about returns. One star (in addition to the minimum one star) just because it's Club Monaco and I love the brand. However it's worth it to travel 10 more minutes to 5th Ave if you have the time. They're friendlier, more helpful, and have no obscure return rules (like if your credit card provider issued you a new credit card number, the 5th Ave store won't refuse your return). Needless to say I won't be going to this store again!

As the other reviewers have pointed out, the staff in this particular store can be best described as rude, condescending, and worst of all, technologically challenged. Instead of doing their minimum to answer a customer's simple requests, it is appalling, really, how much effort they put into making your life more complicated and inconvenient, with an incredibly obnoxious attitude. If you need to visit a Club Monaco store, there are other options nearby, avoid this one!

I purchased a very expensive item in this store and when I decided that I wasn't going to be able to wear it went back in to get a refund or an exchange for store credit. The person behind the counter told me that since it had been more than 30 days I could only get a store credit. Fine. Then she decided there was no way she could issue a credit. Didn't look at the brand new item with tags still on it, didn't look at my receipt, was rude and basically treated me like a moron. I work in this building but my colleagues and I will never purchase from them again. Its the holiday season and I guess at Club Monaco that's the season to treat your customers like garbage. I've literally never had a retailer handle an issue like this before.

Terrible customer service. When it came to time of return they were extremely difficult. I sent a friend to a return for me and they wouldn't do it for him even though he had original receipt with him. They will do anything not to take poor quality merchandise back. The last time I shopped there!!!

Terrible service. Spent a lot of $$ on a suit and they said it would take 5 business days to do simple hemming. I showed up 8 days later and they apparently forgot to send it to the tailor and just blaim other people at the store. This is supposed to be high end retail. This explains why retail industry is dying. Would be easier to just buy on the internet...

Being a native of New York City, I always associate my hometown with the namesake of the 1959 film, "The Best Of Everything." Well Club Monaco Men at Brookfield Place lives right up to that expression. With management/employees like Tyler, Kate and Thomas, this men's shop is a fine example of why this grand-staircased, stunningly beautiful and newly-renovated and newly-named World Financial Center comes with its own cachet. The shop showcases high end casual, natty dress clothing (including scarves, socks, gloves, hats), and also carries a handful of personal grooming products by Baxter of California, as well as a Cyan blue and white Ernest Alexander dopp kit (you can even purchase a beautifully-cased razor and shave cream here), swank Italian-made sunglasses and sporty briefcased-style bags by New York designer Ernest Alexander. You can even purchase a classy umbrella imported from the UK! Although it is somehow little known, Club Monaco is owned by Ralph Lauren, and so that should say it all. The pricetags are what you would expect, but, more importantly, the clothing and accessories are what you would expect - upscale, dapper and man-chic. Other than Macy's Herald Square (where I favor Polo/Nautica), this is the only clothing store I shop in. In truth, its highlight is the fact that its employees really greet you with a smile and give you a sense that they are truly interested in your sense of style, and helping you enhance it! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Hats off and 'happy spring' to all at Club Monaco Men Brookfield Place! Dr. Paul A. Racioppi, Jr., Brooklyn, New York, Thursday, March 23, 2017.

My first time officially buying something from Club Monaco and it was such a great experience! The employees here are very nice and helpful-cry willing to give you advice and tips on what you're looking for. Although in general this store is very pricey, you can see that things are high quality. Great place to shop for a gift!
