The packaging was done very nicely and the GPU I got looks like is in mint condition, nothing beat up. I installed and powered up and everything seems to be working as it should. I like the fact that this store put a pamphlet expressing their thank you for my business and I really appreciate that. Also their interested in me writing my personal review. I am really happy and I'm so glad I chose this store to do business with as I usually never buy a lot of things from ebay and is really hard to know who you're dealing with and what type of product you will receive. “You know that I'm usually a proponent of big-box chain stores because I think they're hooked into a better supply chain and can get things faster and (usually) cheaper. But I've been burned badly of late at Best Buy, and Dyckman Electronics Center has me reconsidering my position. It's a solid #MerlinFIIIIVEEEEEE (elongate the vowels, elevate the pitch) and then some. My jam: I needed to replace a dishwasher and oven right away. (Don't ask: sometimes, somebody just needs a dishwasher and an oven, you know?) Called this place up and got reasonable quotes right away. The stuff was at my place in a couple hours. A lot of indie shops price gouge shamelessly. This place is the opposite. I'd definitely recommend talking to Angela if you're in a jam similar to mine. She'll take care of you and help you out if things go South (which they did for me -- I initially got a 30 inch oven by mistake for a 24 inch slot, and she told me to relax and fixed it!)”

TSS gave me a great price for both screens and fixed them both the same day. Great, friendly service and I was able to turn in the phone for a $350 discount on my new phone. So even with repairs I ended up with a profit, thanks to the very professional service I got here.”

“Hit up the massive Apple Store and it's like tech heaven - they've got everything Apple! Tried their new VR goggles; super cool, but honestly, they've got room to grow, especially comfort-wise. A little hiccup with booking a Apple Vision Pro Demo - staff said no slots were available, but a quick online check proved otherwise. Managed to book and got to experience it after all. “Well if this isn't a photographers paradise I don't know what is! When I was taking photography classes, I had heard about B&H and all the great they have here. I even ordered some products online. Years back, I was finally able to visit the store in person when I was in Manhattan. I still use that camera bag that I bought back then today. B&H is huge. I could get lost for days walking around checking out and trying new stuff. Floors and floors worth of equipment make this the place to check out if you are into camera equipment. Very helpful customer service too.”
