Boycott this business. I had been going there for 20 years--since it opened probably--mostly for small photo printing jobs--have seen the owner SOPHIE act very rudely to her employees--always younger men-- and today had the most horrific exchange with one of the (newer?) male employees who just refused to listen clearly to what I was asking for. After fighting w me, I said, "What a shame... we're arguing over a couple of photo prints? really?" He said, "A shame?! You're a shame!" I quietly asked the other guy if I could see the owner/manager, who I've known and had normal interactions with for years--big mistake. She came out, and started calling me out, by my first name, like a friend (!)-- and saying I've been asking for ridiculous things and causing trouble for years. Yes, that's right--saying this in front of other customers. She then intimated I didn't understand the guy, as in "what, you're harasing him because he doesn't speak "good English?" She's French, btw, and her guys are almost always Mid-Eastern or Arab. I said, "Are you now actually accusing me of a racial thing?!? Oh my god--I will never return to this store, after 20 years of giving you my business." She said "Good we, don't need your business." Please Do Not Go There. She needs to be put out of business and into therapy, and I hate saying that about another woman.

The reviews are all pretty clear. Don’t come here unless you want to be yelled at and treated extremely disrespectfully by the staff.

Do not use them. They are rude and abusive. They refused to put paper for 11X16 in the Xerox machine, then told me the machine was out of order unless I used 8X10! Then refused to use the other machines! The store was empty with 3 workers doing nothing. They then threatened me. Staples and FedEx close by are helpful and cheaper. No excuse for threats and abuse. The disrespect and horrific way they abuse customers is in many reviews but I didn't believe them. Now I do!. Unbelievable but true. Horrible.

$20+tax to print two passport photo from .jpg I provided! They didn't even take the photo!! Better to go to fedex or cvs. Some small businesses are not worth supporting for a reason...

I came in person the first time asking for a quote for a brochure that I needed 100 color copies of. The original person that I spoke to was really nice and gave a great discount on what I was asking for. I told him that I would come again. That was a few months ago. I called again today with my boss and told her about my previous experience and what we were looking for. Once I told the woman about our quote on the phone, she nearly went ballistic. She was so incredibly rude over the phone and nobody in customer service had ever acted this way toward me. I was honestly appalled. Maybe there was a miscommunication between the first employee and me. That happens, but there was no need for all of the unnecessary attitude that I was getting over the phone. I will not be coming here with my business and neither will the organization I work with. Some people were just never meant to work in customer service.

I rarely leave reviews but after my experience I felt it was important to let others know.I used copy experts for prints for my fathers memorial service. The team was incredibly rude. I asked for prints on posterboard, they charged me over $30 per 18 x 24" and they were just on regular paper. When I asked for proofs, the owner, Sophie told me it was a ridiculous request and refused. Of course the prints came out less than satisfactory and it was an extra $40 PER PRINT to put on poster board - we did it ourself for an extra $15. We also got prayer cards of my father printed and they came out on flimsy paper and were poorly cut. Seriously? For over $200?I could forgive the quality, but for the price and the incredibly poor customer service (speaking poorly about me while I could clearly hear them on the phone) in the midst of planning a memorial service for my father, this was just not OK.Look elsewhere, there are plenty of capable print shops in NYC.

Please be careful. I have come here many times over the years for Fed Ex or copying without issue. However on this one occasion, Copy Experts took advantage of me. I went here to scan one document. I could have waited until the next morning to scan it at my office but figured let me scan it tonight. They charged $30 to scan one document! It took them 15 seconds to run the document through their scanner, which is an industrial scanner the same that my office uses. Their justification was the document was 51 pages. It could have been 50 pages or 53 pages or 4 pages and it’s the same resources for them - one push of a button and 15 seconds later the document is scanned. I could understand this if I were asking for copies, using their ink and paper, but to charge $30 to scan a document?? This is outrageous. The fee is astronomically high and is not posted in the store. They directed me to their website to suggest I should have known that scanning one document would amount to $30. The website states they charge $3 per scan and .50 for each additional scan. What constitutes a scan? It’s one document, one button pressed, and 15 seconds later one pdf appears. Their response was “you have to pay, we gave you the service and you have to pay for it”. I will pass on having them do any work for me in the future. I am disheartened to know there is such a store in our community that is looking to take advantage of their patrons.

The lady working here has terrible customer service skills. The work is also bad. Our order was full of mistakes and cut very very sloppily. Will not return.

A rude young man tells a minority woman twice his age, to "relax." I asked him if he had actually said that and he told me yes, that it was neither rude nor offensive. I disagreed. He was still talking loudly as I left some time after. He was supported in his ranting by the usually friendly lady who seems to run the place. Why, she asks me are you making such a big deal about it, this while the young man was still carrying on, still instructing me, in his words. If you go in this place you are supporting dismissive, rude, behavior directed at a minority woman and a man in her defense. Quite literally unbelievable. There are so many other places to go in the neighborhood with less risk of verbal assault.

If there is a way to put zero stars, I'll do it. The lady whatever her position there was so rude, I went a couple of times there to print a bunch of color paperwork, the price is outrageous, didn't learn from my mistake which took me to go back there and print again and this time, she just wanted to get rid of me, she sent me to use a computer to sent her 93 sheets to print! Then when I asked for help, they said just print from there, then when I asked for a specific paper they don't have. I told them, let me grab my paper( I have some left in my office.), I caught her literally nodding her head with some facial expressions to her colleagues telling him she doesn't have to pay the the dollar and 40cent for using the computer, like "just get rid of her".In my way to another place I was thinking why she did that!??I finally concluded: is because I don't speak English well! Because she wasn't like that with people who speak better than me.
