Firstly, the atmosphere was great upon entry. I came there with notebook paper from the Muji stationary that had no covers. I had enough paper to make 3 notebooks. I initially wanted 1 big book but I acquiesced to just having the three note books since it was indeed a lot of paper. Fantastic Customer service the moment I sat down, I was beyond pleased with the outcome of my notebooks and the covers selected for each notebook! I was told I was paying too much for just three notebooks but I replied that I saw the 5 star reviews and I was more than glad to spend the money for quality and good service. I must say I'm glad I stayed and didn't go to any other binding service nearby. I'm definitely going back for any future services I may need!

Such a fast turnaround! I called at 4:00pm on a Thursday for postcards. They had them printed and delivered a couple of hours later. Beautiful quality!

I was very happy with how Copycats processed my order. Not only were they very quick in responding to emails but also with the shipping of the order.
