I am so close to joining the membership because the classes are pretty good and it’s close to my office. However the only thing from stopping me is that the entrance and locker area smells so bad. It literally smells like a high school wrestling room.Oddly the bathroom and the actual studios don’t smell unreasonably bad. I get that people sweat here but please please clean the main area and use a couple bottles of deodorizing spray.

This company is a thief. They’ll change the terms and conditions on customers and continue to charge your credit card without authorization, then charge you for 30 additional days before you’re able to cancel a membership.

Core power yoga in Tribeca repeatedly bills $15 for each "missed class" that were NOT MISSED. And then they make it exceedingly difficult to get reimbursed. This happens as often as 5 x a month and has been happening for over a year. This feels intentional. Check your credit card bill if you go here. Or maybe just go somewhere else. Lot of other options.

The Tribeca studio is clean and in a great location on the ground floor with windows in one of the studios. I take Carlos's classes. He brings so much life to his classes and he's got a strong but gentle way about him. I personally like a flow that moves a bit quicker b/c it keeps my mind/body present and I feel completely energized when I leave his class. The teachers are all nice here and so are all the other yogis in there!

I love the classes here. The Yoga sculpt class is a great challenge and the restore class always makes me feel great. However, given the high cost of the unlimited studio membership, it's bogus that $259 per month doesn't even include mat and towel rental for class. Meaning if I get a towel sweaty in class and want to shower afterward, I have to buy another towel or use the sweaty one? In addition, the studio facility itself is cramped, with the lockers directly in the pathway/entrance to women's locker entrance. All in all, I love the classes but the cost of the membership doesn't feel worth it for the overall experience. In comparison, an Equinox membership at Brookfield place is $250, and of course provides access to a full service locker room, yoga + other types of classes and full gym space.

The Yoga Sculpt class with Waverly was great! She was so welcoming for our first time at the studio, and loved her energy in class.

Had a 6pm class, got there at 6:02. Doors were locked and no one to open because only one person working at the studio. Horrible experience. They need to take someone else at the reception, and give clients 3min extra. It’s not always that you are running on time. I was 2 min late!

Friendly staff, and I love that in Sculpt Yoga you can adapt the exercises to your strength

I went with a friend to try a class. I had to sign up for a trial membership and was assured all I had to do was call and cancel the membership and I wouldn't be charged. I called immediately after to cancel the membership and they are still charging me almost a year later. I keep calling and they keep saying it is canceled but keep charging. I have tried disputing with my cc company and they are now saying I need written proof of cancelation. There are so many amazing yoga studios in NY don't do business with this one.

I love both the C2 and Yoga Sculpt classes. Going to C2 at least twice a week in the am is a normal part of my routine and it makes my day, my health, and my overall well being better!

Love their classes. The heated yoga flow class was wonderful and the sculpt class was one of the hardest (in a good way!) classes I have ever taken. I hope to take a class each visit back.

I really enjoyed the C1 class, I come out feeling like I have really had a deep stretch and because the room is warm I have had a sweat. I feel centered and generally ready for the day ahead.

For the level 2 classes, they just call out the name of the poses. You really don't learn anything in class. At first, I thought the studio was clean, but some of the teachers are disgusting. One of them came into the Mens room with me right after class ended. I thought it was kind of weird to see a teacher with me while I'm changing, but I also understand that if you need to use the bathroom, then you need to go. The thing is, he didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom and he watched me change through the mirror as he was slowly walking out. Disgusting and weird.

Many good locations nationally, lots of classes (and availability), clean studios, friendly and encouraging instructors, good amount of physical activity and stretching

Alyssa Villanueva's C2 class was the best yoga class I've taken at Core Power- highly recommend!
