Bought mattress from Craig a few weeks ago when I moved back to NYC. Craig is just fantastic. Craig is a problem solver and had the bed delivered to my door within a few hours- I otherwise would have alept on the floor for a few days. If you're in NYC looking to buy mattress he is your guy

Craig is the man! Very knowledgeable, honest and looks after his customers incredibly well. He truly went above and beyond to arrange next day delivery for my superb new mattress. I’ve never slept so well in my life! If you need a new bed in NYC you have to give Craig a call.

Had the best personalised service from Craig's. Craig was so engaging and helped me find the perfect bed, but more than that he worked a miracle to get me same day delivery on the bed! The delivery guys weren't able to set it up due to it being an express delivery, so Craig himself came to my apartment and set it up - first time I have received such top notch service from a business.

If you need a mattress, go to Craig’s. Skip all the many options of online mattress in a box stores. Save the headache and go to Craig’s. Every single mattress we tried was comfortable. It was like varying degrees of YES. Also, Craig is simply a delight and provided an individualized and intimate shopping experience, unique in this day and age. No BS, all quality. He wasn’t trying to sell us on anything and let the products speak for themselves. What a refreshing experience. Every night we sleep on our mattress and are thankful we went to Craig’s!

Purchasing our mattress from Craig was a great experience. He clearly knows his product better than an average salesperson as he has developed his own line of mattresses with similar quality to a high quality name brand competitor. that he also sells. His showroom is inviting and full of great pictures of New York City. He spends time working with each customer asking thoughtful questions to help direct them to a mattress that best suits their requirements. Finally, the mattress we bought is excellent quality and we love it after spending the past month sleeping on it. I highly recommend buying your next mattress with Craig. You won't be disappointed

The proprietor is one of the most genuine, honest, and knowledgeable people. I've always been really fussy about my bed since that is where I spend at least 1/3 of my life. Craig helps you find the best mattress for your body and your budget. Would highly recommend.

I just moved to NYC and went my second day to check out the beds. This place is highly reputable and I found it from various list. The service was smooth and insightful! I got to lay on multiple beds until I got to the one I liked. The bed arrived a little over a week later via delivery and I'm so grateful. Would recommend to anyone just loving to the city and in need of a bed! Also make sure to check out the great photos on the wall.

The mattress and box spring are good. Delivery was good. But my old mattress and box spring weren't removed. When I called Craig he apologized about the misunderstanding and took care of it right away.

Craig is awesome! He worked tirelessly to get me happy. We had a couple of hiccups that were uncontrollable, he was solutions oriented and never skipped a beat. He checked in with me frequently, was incredibly communicative and made sure I had the perfect mattress. I just moved to the city after graduating from college and I could not be thankful enough to have shopped with Craig. He truly is one of the kindest and real people you'll meet, plus you can shop small and support a local business. Look no further than Craig's Beds. Did I mention he's an INCREDIBLY talented photographer in his spare time? I will be recommending him to everyone I know!
