I joined CrossFit metropolis in preparation for my first ever triathlon, which I signed up for my 40th birthday. The coaches were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful...and every workout pushed me closer to attaining my goals. I completed the event with ease and I owe it all to CrossFit!

I love CrossFit — absolutely love it. I love the intensity, the variety, and the camaraderie, especially at Metropolis, which is a special place to me. Great coaches and a great sense of community.
