CrossFit212...Day #1. Absolutely wonderful experience. Jim was my coach for today. I am a first time CrossFitter. I was nervous because I watched videos (don't do that). I sweat from the warm up. What I absolutely loved was how attentive Jim was to my knee issue, and knowledgeable. HE CARED!! I don't know what else to say. I am looking forward to my next workout and pushing myself. As someone who does Muay Thai, I realize many things done in these Muay Thai classes for strength training are not done properly. CrossFit will definitely help me with that. I think I am a CrossFitter for life...It is a heavy monthly tuition but I believe it will be worth it.

Dropped in from out of town and loved it! Wonderful coach, nice athletes, it’s clean and even has showers, nobody pressured me to lift a certain weight :) 10/10 recommend if you’re trying to find a box to get a travel WOD in!

I am in my 5th week of the Ladies 6 week challenge. I feel like a new person. I body is CHANGING! (in a good way) but to leave it at that would not be saying enough. My confidence for the first time in years is up. I move differently , I am taking on more life goals that I only been dreaming of for a very long time. I know i have a long way to go, but nothing will stop me this time. I am grateful to the coaches for this wonderful opportunity of a new welcomed chapter of life.

the leaders really put lots thoughts to introduce novices into Crossfit, through 6 weeks challenge program. It helps me to build strong habit and confident to workout at least 3 times a week and into the community. Great leadership, great coaches, great community!

First time doing crossfit for me. Been at 212 for around three months now; Jim and Jen and the coaches are all great; I've seen positive changes in my body; workouts are very tough but what you share in common regardless of fitness is you're all in it together and, I have to say, once you do it, it does become a little addicting in the sense that you want to come each and every week without skipping a beat!!

I came through the 6 week challenge and it was way more than I expected beneficially. I'm a convert to CrossFit and it's due to the attention paid to the intensity and the thoughtful logical scaling of the workouts. The coaches are all great bringing their own expertise to the prescribed workouts. I've learned a lot coming with my own experience of body mechanics and physical training. Jim and Jennifer pay attention to quality it's clear to me and Id recommend CrossFit 212 to anyone coming new the world of CrossFit. ✨✨✨✨✨

This is CrossFit at its best. CrossFit 212 starts with outstanding programming--the most thoughtful and effective that I've encountered in NYC--but that's just the foundation. The coaches are key: they keep us motivated, energized, and most importantly safe. Finally, the community here is exceptional. From the start, the owners Jim and Jen set the tone of hard work, dedication, mutual respect, and fun; and everybody I've met at 212 has enthusiastically embraced that ethic.
