Seriously the slowest drugstore ever. Hope you like waiting an hour to get your prescription filled. If they are actually this busy, they need additional staff members.

Ran in today at the start of a migraine and whoever was working the floor was so kind and got me excedrin so fast even though I could barely see and then got me a cup of water and I’m so thankful for the kind service.

My experience with the CVS at 298 Mullberry Street was excellent. Great and knowledgeable service.

The young Indian female pharmacist was so rude. She had an attitude and was very unprofessional. I will not be picking up my script & will be relocating to another location.

Worst experience I had a CVS. They only hire garbage people to work at this place. If you want dirty looks and terrible customer service, come to this dump.

Minute clinic? More like an ‘hour’ clinic. Never again.

I don't usually leave a review for a drug store but because of the excellent customer service that Vincent has provided I feel like I have to. I was in need of the centrum multivitamin, was put on hold by two different people and then Vincent took care of my question ( which was if they had any left and the price, very simple). He kindly offered to put it on hold for me, was also very polite. Thanks again!

Ordering was very simple and patient was very accommodating, and understanding when I had problems with my credit card due to out-of-country purchases repeatedly declining. Carefully wrapped and in perfect condition were the meds inside the box. Many thanks!

WARNING: YOU CAN'T BUY CANDY IN THE CVS ON SPRING ST. AFTER 11PM. how do i know this? well tonight (friday, March 6) i walked into the CVS on Spring St. at 11pm. It appeared that there was NO ONE working in the store but i finally located one person who worked there and i'm pretty sure he was doing his best. So i found what wanted. It's in the candy aisle. I try to take it off the peg hook and guess what? CVS keeps those peg hooks locked. No surprise there, since plenty of creeps come into CVS and i'm sure they've had issues with theft. However, i asked the guy working there what the deal was and how can i purchase what i wanted and he says, "i have to get someone". Who's the someone? He was only one working there. So there was no way to unlock the peg hook that the product was hanging on. Unbelievable! At that point i gave up and left the store. What a $h*th*le this place is! I've been to other CVS locations and every other one was fine. This was one is the worst. Avoid at all costs. I have no idea who manages this location but there's something wrong. CVS should be ashamed of themselves for only having one employee in the store on a friday night (it wasn't even that late!).

This is the last CVS I have shopped in however this review is about this chain in general. The constantly send emails with offers and coupons to add to your card. This of course is done to get you into the store. They also email reminders that you have these offers on your card. At least half the time I try to use a coupon and it no longer is valid even though it hasn't yet expired or it just never made it to the card even though it said it did. Neither the cashiers or managers will do anything to give the discount either because they don't want to or they are completely incompetent. Calling customer service is a total waste of time. They have you holding on for an excessive amount of time and nothing ever gets resolved. The prices are high and they begrudge the discounts, id really give 0 stars based on this

This CVS is huge and has pretty much everything you might need.

I don't think this pharmacy could be run by less competent people. 80% of the time I have to get my doctor to call in the prescription a second time, and when it does finally go through it usually takes them +1 day to fill it. 100% of the time the people that work the counter are eating chips and are on their phones, not really caring about the line. I originally had my prescriptions filled here out of convenience but have since moved a couple of extra blocks and the time I have saved is well worth it.

We went here this evening and the personnel were really great. A very sweet-natured young guy named Mohammed helped us find some items, and the manager - Zack - was *very* helpful & friendly.

Disappointing. I sometimes stop here on my way to work to buy 2-liter sodas to keep in the office. Unfortunately, this store doesn't always have the flavors or varieties I like and I wind up having to pay more elsewhere. But my biggest complaint is with the self-service checkouts. As I mentioned, I stop here on my way to work in the morning, and I need to be in-and-out as quickly as possible so that I can catch a downtown M55 bus and get to my job on time. My experience has been that the M55 runs on an erratic schedule; even during the morning rush, there have been times where if I miss one bus I might have to wait 20 minutes for the next one. How is that relevant? The last time I was at this CVS, when I was ready to pay there were three unused self-service checkouts available. But I couldn't use any of them because they were all credit cards only, and I wanted to pay with cash. So I had to wait on line for the one cashier, which ate up time that I really couldn't afford to waste. Unacceptable! We may wind up living in a cashless society someday, but that someday ain't today.
