Always a great experience, good prices and great people. Won’t go anywhere else.

A strange doctor sent 2 prescriptions for me to this drugstore. It is not my drugstore. I have tried to cancel them. The pharmacist sounds crazy on the phone. Within 1 minute he said sure I'll cancel them. He did not tell me what they are or confirm my name. I will not pay or allow them to force me into a doughnut hole on my insurance. Now I have to go there in person and it is not near my house to make sure of this.

Located on Bleecker Street in the heart of the drinks and weirdos who roam this area at night I made the mistake of walking over to this store to grab a bottle of water on a sweaty Friday night.I was first introduced to the overpowering fragrance of hot fermenting urine and feces, while mixed in with the garbage piles out on the sidewalk, then also maneuvering around some strange dudes yelling for no reason and bothering people walking by. Yeah, not fun.The store itself is ok. Typical CVS with all the same inventory. Well stocked shelves from what I saw. Of course though, they were totally out of any bottled water. Fail.

I work in a close proximity to this location and I stop by occasionally. Sometimes, the staff can be hit or miss especially, when you are trying to find someone to help. A few times, the cashier was rude because they were more focused on talking to other people or playing on their phones. Not my favorite location but, it's the closest drugstore.

Prescription management is generally handled pretty poorly in terms on helping clients always get their prescriptions on time as well as helping clients understand the status of each prescription and what action needs to be taken by them. This is mostly an issue with the CVS product team that inadequately manages prescriptions, refills, and education. Instead of trying to overcome these issues with excellent service, the pharmacy staff at this CVS respond to any confusion about my prescriptions with defensiveness and disregard. Today I was hoping to get clarity on the status of my prescriptions because of prompts I had received telling me to take action and the pharmacist told me it wasn't his problem and I shouldn't expect CVS to help me manage my prescriptions. He even went as far as to say that I should just contact CVS when each of my 7 prescriptions is close to running out and ask to refill instead of sitting around waiting to run out. To top it off he repeatedly told me he doesn't take any prescriptions so I shouldn't expect him to help me understand the app or website. It might be time to try out Capsule or Optum for home delivery. I find it hard to believe that no company believes it's important to help clients understand the status of their meds as well as help them stay on top of them if something is going to run out.

I bought $60+ here, checked out at the register, asked the cashier if there was 30% off on my CVS account, which there definitely was. She was too busy talking to her friend/co-worker to bother looking at the register, and just told me "No." This happens here ALL the time. I won't bother going back anymore.
