Unbelievably rude staff! I am vacationing in NYC and went into this location with my husband and 3 children to buy tampons for one of my teens. We were followed all around the store, as if we might steal something. Then a man came up to my husband and said "it doesn't feel good does it"? We decided to take our business to the Walgreens around the corner. Much better service and a great experience.

This store was one of the worst I've ever been to. The staff was extremely rude, and honestly pretty scary. I don't recommend ever going to this awful place.

CVS is a good store/pharmacy, to purchase the things that are absolutely needed in day to day life.

Tried to get an allergy pill with Pseudoephedrine today. It was behind the counter and was told I can't purchase it with my international passport or local school ID. Only Canada/US passport works. I was handed with the government document paper which says the transaction could be made with an ID that accepted by the seller. The manager Itavia was saying they need to document the buyers ID for the purchase. Another customer helped me at the end with her ID. What they do with it? They just looked at it without taking down any information. This is so racial discrimination.

So grateful for this CVS - this used to be one of my regular CVS's until the one on 27th St opened (closer to my apt). However the woman at the 27th St one has been so rude to me, that I started walking 4 blocks further to this one. The staff always welcomes me when I walk in and there's always someone at the cashier if I don't want to use the kiosk (usually if I want to use a coupon). I also like that there's plenty of staff available in case I have questions. No complaints here.

I have been going to location for past 5yrs if not longer.. the service at RX counter has gone from good to really BAD.. When i started going there the pharmacist would take time to assist with any issues. now the first thing that come out the mouth of the current RX Emily Chang is to say call your insurance.. She is never will to further assist out side of saying "she doesn't know".. not to mention her refusal to actually come from behind the 2nd counter and speak directly to you... my past 4 Rx has been none stop issues and unwilling to further help.. last time i had to get store mang to help me... this time im calling corp 1800.746.7287

I had a terrific experience here, due to the *consistently* excellent staff and service. The evening manager, storefront greeter, and cashier ALL provided excellent service. Stores don't always realize this, but this is the reason people will choose to come back. People connect with people first, not businesses. For context, I visited on a Friday evening at 9pm. Again, hats off to the Manager, Cashier, and storefront Greeter working the self-checkout stations. The welcoming attitude is subtle but noticed!

This review is for the pharmacy only. This should not be your pharmacy if you need consistent and speedy service. This pharmacy takes exceptionally long time to fill scrips. Even pre rush hour times. The staff seems nice but I overheard one of the pharm techs calling a customer crazy. Even if the customers request was outrageous, a good business should not make the others customers privy to the downfalls of others. During my 20 + minute wait to refill two basic meds I heard an earful. The kicker! The tech was so busy discussing other patients that he forgot to fill my script and forgot that I was waiting. I left without my medications bc my lunch hour ended.

Not hard to find and pretty close to 6 train and yellow trains and a couple bus stops. A little further but still walking distance to 1 trains and orange trains. Not a lot of people so not crowded and usually no line. Decent staffs and clean and organized shelves and decent selection of items. Good for photo printing and it's pretty fast.
