This is my go to CVS for a myriad of different reasons: it is directly below my gym, they carry both of the mystical Celsius flavors: Grape & Lemon Lime, and most importantly their self checkout monitors have an OPTIMAL selfie camera vantage point. So optimal, in fact, that my former crush and now girlfriend even liked a few of my stories back in the day that I posted from this self checkout line. She be GATE KEEPING those likes too ahahahha. Now, my dear reader, am I saying that this CVS on Orchard Street helped me ascend from the depths of the shadow realm of getting battered in the DMs to being in her shower using her expensive shampoo on my cojones? Maybe, just maybe.Anyways, these days I am heavily preferring Lemon Lime Celsius as I think I just OD'd on the Grape flavor. I swear to the good lord Jesus Christ, NOWHERE else in the city carries Lemon Lime, and only a few seem to carry Grape. Really makes you wonder.........oooooo and knocking off a star because one of the doors is always broken and I ALWAYS run into it smh.THANK YOU CVS FOR HELPING ME CLAW MY WAY OUT THE SHADOW REALM! DONT STOP FIGHTING DON'T STOP BELIEVING FELLAS!IG @jnov_Tiktok @jnov__

I can’t talk in general but for sure this morning I got into a very rude pharmacist ever. This woman should change job and avoid to interact with people. …ugh…I put one star with the previous msg… now I’m editing to 4 stars. They called me back and they did what they were supposed to do before. I appreciate that!

This review is for the actual pharmacy only. Some of the actual store employees are pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy staff is incredibly lazy and rude, starting with the Asian male pharmacist who is "in charge". They will not call Dr's offices to get refills approved, or answer the phone EVER, or transfer prescriptions to ANOTHER CVS if they are out of stock. At best, the Asian male pharmacist will suggest that he gives you the phone numbers of other CVS drug stores so that you can call around to them (who probably don't answer their phones either) looking for your prescription, because apparently YOU work for CVS now rather than HIM. This is also instead of him looking into his magical CVS computer & actually doing his job in transferring a prescription or *gasp* actually ordering medication that they don't have in stock but they have prescriptions waiting for. Imagine! A pharmacist ordering medications, what a novel ideaIf my insurance didn't force me to use CVS I would never come here, but alas , they do. I am going to be sure to complain about CVS & specifically this pharmacy to my very large employer account that has a contract with CVS/ Caremark.

Saturday and Sunday, waited over thirty minutes with a half dozen other people for pharmacy to open. Other employees at the CVS say the pharmacist is usually “15, 20 minutes late” on weekends: if I were regularly late to work I’d get fired. I wasn’t there to buy a hairbrush, I was there to pick up refills of medication that are urgently necessary for my health. Baffling that this is okay.

The Pharmacist here did not sanitize before my vaccine and the pharmacy is dirty. The pharmacy assistants are rude and - lie rolling their eyes every time they talk to you, not being helpful. I understand the situation if they don't have the medication in stock but they think they are all powerful and they don't have to be rude and tell false info for help. This pharmacy makes me sick and should be noted by corporate for INCOMPETENCE And INCONSISTENCY.

This pharmacy, 196 Orchard is the worst pharmacy ever. They are rude to me and other customers. I see it every time I am there and this morning it opened 15 minutes late.

Worst pharmacy ever. So disorganized, never answers the phone, doesn't call when things are ready, and the staff is super rude.

I've been a cvs customers for more than 15 years and my home store is located in soho. I would stay away from this location as they never have their registers open as it would be nice to deal with a human and not a machine. And the security here is f****** ridiculous and makes you uncomfortable. Save your time and go to another cvs!!

Horrendous service. Incredibly disorganized pharmacy with long lines, and then after waiting for 10+ minutes, you can't pay for non-pharmacy items. Will not be back.

Hey, it's a CVS, enough said.Actually, this is a good store, friendly employees and has everything you need and expect from a CVS. Self check out seems to be the way to go here. No complaints.

Surprisingly good experience here. While nothing fancy the staff were really attentive and seemed to know the store well. It was easy and fast shopping there every time.

If you can get past the self-service kiosks, the employees at checkout are friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. They will help you with coupons and they go above and beyond to treat you well... for a corporate drugstore, it’s pretty amazing.

Decent store and ok pharmacy. But I don’t recommend getting your shots here. Got a flu shot 5 days ago and my arm still looks like this. Placement way too high. Never had any bruising anywhere else in previous years.
