This is a decent CVS that has most products I want to purchase in stock. The only negatives I can think of are: they often don't have paper bags (bring a bag and don't be like me and pick up a ton of products and have nothing to put them in lol or like I am very surprised cvs doesn't sell reusable bags - corporate, start selling reusable bags please!), and there is a front store supervisor (Hispanic/latino male in his 30s, heavy, bald) that is aggressive and off putting because of his aggression. The front store greeter guy is great! It's CVS - you'll go regardless of reviews.

This review is just for the food and drink portion of the pharmacy, it was close to my hotel and I went here several times. I appreciated that the lines were never too long to check out. Lots of cold drinks available and snacks as well, and good prices. I popped in here many times before I would go out for my day trips.The CVS black cherry sparkling water is super good here!

All these stores are in trouble thanks to shoplifters and the head office not prosecuting all !!!! Stop the thieves & prosecute as we used to . Still we need stores like this in the hood &. Everyone needs to stop shopping online if want to have any drug stores left !! They come fart to unlock the shelves . Do I cut them slack for the varied service at checkout .

During my visit today, the pharmacy refused to provide me with COVID test kits covered by my insurance. The person at the counter insisted I call my insurance to confirm coverage. Despite my assurance that my insurance typically covers this, she claimed there had been a policy change and didn't even verify my insurance type. This occurred while I, as a person with ADA requirements, was standing by the ADA sign seeking assistance. Even if I weren't an ADA person, they should have checked their system. This is entirely unacceptable, and I'm prepared to escalate this issue to higher authorities at this branch. In contrast, I visited a Walgreens just a block away, where they efficiently assisted me without unnecessary questioning.

The pharmacy techs are great and have improved quite a bit with the new faces. I'm glad CVS is giving them lunches now. Some of the Pharmacists could take note from the techs in regards to counting medication.

The absolute worst. Pharmacy never answers phone. Won't use them again. Very very poor customer service for someone I'll.

The pharmacy denied my prescription refill after my dr moved it from another pharmacy, I needed to call to fix the problem. I called the pharmacy 10 different times over 4 hours, waiting to be helped for 20+ minutes. I could hear the pharmacy staff pick up the receiver and put it back down to hang up and end my call. Twice someone picked up the phone, only to say 'CVS Pharmacy, please hold' and immediately hang up, not placing me on hold. In order to refill my prescription, I had to call corporate, who couldn't even get a hold of them either! We ended up moving the prescription to another pharmacy.

I have neutral experiences with this CVS location but this review is for the front / greet guy on Saturday 4/8/2023 at 7pm. I came in to pick up a bag of flour and was about to check out. On my way to the self-check out I decided to get a candy but couldn't make up my mind which one to get. It looked like a slow evening and no one was behind me, so I took my time picking. While I was looking at candies, the greeter man for no particular reason came to ask me "are you ready (to check out)?" To that I replied, "not yet". I spent about 5 minutes picking the candy, then did self checkout with the candy and bag of flour. While I was leaving, I heard the greeter complaining aloud (maybe to his headphone) "there was a lady standing here for half an hour and all she got was a candy" - while I was still in the front of the store. This man had one job to be welcoming and friendly to the shoppers, but I guess he was too bored with himself on a slow evening, so he needed to pick up some drama. I walked out of the store pretending not hearing anything. I do not understand how this CVS hires their staff.

This is one of my local CVS stores and overall its like any other CVS. I usually use the self check out so I'm able to quickly go in and out. They carry all the usual things. They are a little slow when requesting customer service especially since a bunch of things, like even the ice cream, has locks on the freezer but overall not bad and the person was nice to me.

The pharmacy was Very bad service unfortunately. They don't seem to be efficient with looking up your health insurance. They seemed to be confused as to ringing up items not in the pharmacy. Three people got involved with different information. They need better training with computer to look up insurance. The young lady finally helped me with finding better coverage for medications because it was too expensive.

I was minding my business and trying to check out and I walked to a cashier. This lady w long braids and glasses was talking to a guy there behind the cashier in a non cvs uniform and said out loud to him "idk why people just stand there and smile and not saying anything". Excuse me?! And what in the ghetto is this. Its ur job to say hi and be nice and check people out. But if i return the same nastiness im wrong right. No need to show how much u hate ur job at only 10am. You just started your shift. Relax. Who wants to come to an establishment with such nasty workers. Just like the other reviews.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They can go elsewhere

Delivery? Only once a day and before 4PM. So, if you learn late in the day that you need a prescription you are out of luck. Next day is what CVS will tell you. The store should not advertise a service that is so limited and not reliable.
