I called this c.v.s location and nobody picked up the phone, so after 6:30 a.m. before I went home I stopped by the c.v.s and thanked god the security guard was still there and he called the late-night manager (Vladimir) I think he was the manager, morals of the story he asked me my name, and he looks at the card and I realize that the name I told him and he gave me back my debit bank card in my hands, I really can be careless sometimes ;( Thanks Vladimir and thanks to the security guard ..... CVS is convenient and the workers are helpful. My problem is that I always seem to go to pick up my prescriptions when the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Why does it have to be closed? Can't you stagger the lunch times? Remember that people picking up prescriptions are the very people who shouldn't be kept waiting on line. I don't know of any other retail store/pharmacy that closes during mid-day so that everyone can have lunch at the same time. It just does not make sense and it's certainly not user-friendly!

Fun fact: Airlines and international border controls recognise Passports as forms of ID. The 20 year old at the pharmacy, however, does not. "Do you have a US ID?"No. No I do not. What's good enough for United Airlines should be good enough for CVS when you're trying to buy something to stop your nose running.

This particular store has one of the worst sales clerks I’ve ever seen she’s rude unprofessional does not know how to speak with the customers everyone to her is a criminal in the store. You can be looking at an item that’s on the shelf without even touching it as she will stand there literally 2 feet from you and stare at you which makes the shopping experience in this particular store very uncomfortable. Her name is Cheryl. This incident happened to me on November 3, 2023 at approximately 11:30 PM

Terrible experience! The CVS website said every location had the Novavax COVID shot, and advised to walk in or call the pharmacy. I tried calling, but gave up after no one answered for 10 minutes. After walking over to speak to the pharmacist, they told me they don't have Novavax and don't know why the website says they do. They then told me next time I should call ahead, to which I responded "I tried calling ahead, no one would answer." They sent me to another location on Broadway, which also did not have Novavax. CVS shouldn't say they have it in stock on their website, and employees should actually answer the phone!

This place has what you need. Make sure you take a paper receipt and ask for Lissette. She will ensure you get the most bang for your buck

The worst CVS location, I live right next to it so I am forced to deal with them every month. Rude, condescending staff…they lie to you to your face, as well. On multiple occasions they would tell me that my medicine is “out of stock” they placed an order but oh ah can’t get it and then someone I know would get the same exact medicine at this location later on that SAME day! And, at times, another pharmacist would turn up and fill my prescription which others have told me cannot be filled cause it’s out of stock and they cannot get it. It was clearly a lie. They should all be fired I don’t even know why they target some customers

Employees are keeps following you make you uncomfortable, I understand that so many shoplifter but at the same time they need to understand that construction workers are also customer and sometimes people because their jobs always don't wear clean clothes, so you need stop judging people by their appearance or clothes! Especially black female security and older white/light skin Spanish female very unprofessional!also this short female staff, if I'm not mistaken she is a supervisor or manager, always wearing black pants and black top, she don't treat everyone same way! If keep treating coustmers like this, you goona lose a lot of coustmers,me myself don't go to this store like before,

Good selection and convenient location, security was good about keeping the place safe. Staff were reasonably friendly, and it was fairly clean. Great location to stop in if you need something quick

I went for shopping Friday September 6th around 8 pm, I really had bad experiences with one white or light skin younger spanish female employee if I'm not mistaken her name is "areansely" she was standing by the door wearing black sweater on the top of CVS shirt and black jeans, just need help and I tried to make eye contact but she just ignore me,so I asked her i need a key and she responded agrecively with attitude, "I don't have a key" and another female employee open it for me and I told that you don't have to act like this just asked you for help, and again she said with attitude "what did I say " I told her again it's not what you say,it's the way you said it wasn't nice, and she told me to shut up! I was shocked this was very disrespectful, unfortunately and rude!!! Just asked her to do her job.

WORST CVS PHARMACY I’VE EVER BEENWas trying to open a locked case. The only store employee I could find that moment kept telling me to use a button to open the case, insisting it was the only way. Well it didn’t work. Before I could finish asking, he walked away on his own.Unable to find anyone else to ask for help, I attempted to open the case after pressing the button. Suddenly a female staff member appeared behind me with keys and questioned why I was trying to forcefully open it. Even after explaining the reason, she continued to blame and accuse me. Thank you for ruining my day and providing an unparalleled terrible experience. I understand the challenges and tiredness of being a shift worker, so I forgive your guys being rude you’re so welcome. However, please ensure you have enough staff available for assistance before locking most essential items!!

Completely incompetent pharmacy .I have Parkinson’s disease with severe hypertension. waited 10 hours for BP meds to be delivered. I am unable to walk to pick up and cvs was informed of that several times by my Dr . Called several times and was told by the usual rude pharmacy staff it was on the way. It never arrived. I am now waiting for a medivan to take me to the hospital with hypertensive crisis. BP 199/120. Thanks a lot CVS.This is criminal incompetence. This is not the first time CVS delivery is a no show with critical meds or pharmacy staff made excuses that the “ delivery guy didn’t show up today” without letting a client know their meds are not coming. The usual wAit time is over 8 hours. If you call within an hour of the pharmacy closing they often disconnect you or do not pick up at all. This is callously unprofessional for a business that deals with people needing their medicine.Several times the wrong meds were delivered or an important medication not included in the delivery order. Try getting through to have the missing medication delivered and you’ll only speak to someone who does not know anything. Then they’ll hang up on you. This was not a one time event which is why I am writing this review.Avoid the 129 Fulton St CVS at all costs

Today (07/28/2023) evening, I was helped by Ms. Lisa at the cash register, and she was kind, helpful, and professional up to a level where I thought of appreciating her. Also, there was another lady with a burka, and she was so very helpful and kind too. I came in to get a knee brace for my friend who was in urgent need of such as well as pain medication. Both these ladies helped me to make my friend feel better. Thanks, CVS, for hiring such wonderful people.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have had several situations where I was told my prescription would be ready by x time, and when I arrived to pick it up - I was told they don't have it and can't get it before close. Twice this was for medicine I urgently needed. Another time, the pharmacy fill the prescription and gave me the wrong medicine - I only noticed when I went to take it that night. This is a major problem and put my health at risk. When I called to discuss with the pharmacist I was met with someone who was rude and condescending saying that my doctor should have known to send the prescription to a specialty pharmacy. While that may be true, their staff should also know not to tell a client a prescription would be ready by x day/time if in fact they do not have it and cannot get it and furthermore they should not fill the prescription with the wrong medicine if they don't have the correct one. Am going to escalate this to CVS directly because it could put someone's health in jeopardy. Shameful and disappointing as I have always used CVS pharmacies to fill my prescriptions.

Shockingly incompetent pharmacy. Everyone there should be fired. This review is not due to a one time problem but the general way they do business. If your rx is not available or on back order don’t expect a courtesy call.your doctor might get one. Maybe. Probably not. If you are waiting for a delivery cause you are too sick to go out prepare for 12 hr vigil and an incomplete order. If one of your rx happens to be a controlled substance expect CVS to decide whats best for you, not your doctor, and for CVS to treat you like a junkie by refusing to fill or deliver your rx claiming “ it’s not time”, even if it’s past the 30 day time. Expect them to do as they financially please . Fill it or not. Expect 36 plus minute hold times, then to be disconnected. Don’t ask to speak to a manager, apparently none work there. The App is not user friendly and gives conflicting information on the status of your prescriptions. I could continue with this rant but I’m too sick. I would have felt better had cvs shown up with my medication by 8PM after I called and was told the medicine was out for delivery at 8 AM.Go anywhere but cvs. They are condescending and rude to patients. They second guess your doctor’s prescriptions when it is not their place. They give patients conflicting information. They lie just to get you off the phone. 10 pharmacists will give you ten different rx explanations, all of them wrong. The APP is a joke. Calling them is worse still
