I got there at 5-10 minutes before 7pm and this was the 5th CVS pharmacy I had been to and the pharmacist told me to come back tomorrow as it was too late in the day. This was my heart medicine and would have appreciated a bit of humanity from the pharmacist. This treatment is unacceptable and deplorable. I warn all to avoid this Pharmacist.

best staff i've ever encountered in a CVS. they've seen me at my worst, they've seen me at my best, and they always greet me with a smile. you kinda feel like you're in a hotel when you go here because there is so much attention to detail. other CVSes (?) do not compare. my compliments to the manager

Stay away from this store… do not visit or shop from this store… you ll get zero support, you ll lose your mind….I have asked countless store managers for help and all i received back was total ignorance

24 hours? More like 24 lies. Never in my life have I been more disappointed in a pharmacy. You have the boldness to advertise 24 hours on your sign and yet you don't even stay open past midnight. What kind of pharmacy does that? You have let down so many people in your community and everybody knows it you are embarrassment. I will never ever forgive you!

The Sunday's staffing was horrible and disrespectfully. The company must check those behaviors, mainly when healthcare providers call to place a patient prescriptions.

I was out with a friend when the arm of my glasses came off. Luckily I was able to find the arm of the glasses and the screw. So we went to CVS for a glasses repair kit. Only problem was that without having my glasses to wear, I could not see to fix them. Nor could my friend due to her having recent eye issues. Enter OWEN. What a fabulous and kind young man….he took the time and single-handedly fixed my glasses. When other customers needed his attention he conscientiously catered to them and then made sure to come back to me to help. What a gem. CVS is so lucky to have such a salt-of-the earth human being representing them!!! Thank you OWEN!!!!

Well known neighborhood CVS. SLOW shopping aisles. Most items are locked up.

A strange doctor sent 2 prescriptions for me to this drugstore. It is not my drugstore. I have tried to cancel them. The pharmacist sounds crazy on the phone. Within 1 minute he said sure I'll cancel them. He did not tell me what they are or confirm my name. I will not pay or allow them to force me into a doughnut hole on my insurance. Now I have to go there in person and it is not near my house to make sure of this.

Located on Bleecker Street in the heart of the drinks and weirdos who roam this area at night I made the mistake of walking over to this store to grab a bottle of water on a sweaty Friday night. I was first introduced to the overpowering fragrance of hot fermenting urine and feces, while mixed in with the garbage piles out on the sidewalk, then also maneuvering around some strange dudes yelling for no reason and bothering people walking by. Yeah, not fun. The store itself is ok. Typical CVS with all the same inventory. Well stocked shelves from what I saw. Of course though, they were totally out of any bottled water. Fail.
