The pharmacists at cvs grand street have always been so helpful to me when filling prescriptions. I’ve been there when they have been packed and people have unfair expectations. The number of people on line far outweighs the number of people working behind the counter. I have to say from my personal experience the they always do their best to answer my questions and help expedite my orders!!! Thank you!!!

500 GRAND ST PHARMACY LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!!I don’t understand why when my dr puts in a prescription, and I go to cvs to pick it up,CVS TELL ME TO CALL MY DR!!! This back and forth is HORRIFIC & I’ve had to go through painful withdrawals due to me not having my meds for almost 2 weeks.Online it says call prescriber, then if my dr calls them,it’s still not ready till I personally call or go in and inquire about it!! Which makes no sense.TAKE YOUR MED PRESCRIPTIONS SOMEWHERE ESLE! Oh and if they say you have to call to get the prescription, forget about it! THEY NEVER PICK UP!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HR TILL I JUST DECIDED TO HANG UP.

Pharmacy is consistently horrendous. This is the second time this week that I came in after 5 to pick up prescriptions called in early that morning. Of course after waiting on line almost half an hour (only one window open) I was again told the prescriptions were not ready and will still take at least another half an hour. The prescriptions themselves were stamped that they were promised hours ago.Update: after another half hour wait I was told they don’t have it and come back tomorrow! Promised by 6:00 pm.Another update: came at 6:00 and was told that the pharmacist (Joseph) is new and is an incompetent and put the order in for tomorrow. So come back. Again. Mind you this prescription is for my 92 year old dad. You can’t make this stuff up.

This review goes to whomever works in the pharmacy. If you happen to be very ill and need to speak to the pharmacist directly regarding medicine and their reactions, I strongly suggest you use a different pharmacy entirely. The pharmacy clerk was extremely rude because I asked to speak to the pharmacist and left me on hold indefinitely. Employee of the month.

Yet again, the night staff close at least 15 mins before 10pm. You wave to them. They ignore you. You’re not going at 9:45 unless you need something urgently. So lazy. The day staff are usually good but the night shift. Find better staff.

PHARMACY DOESN'T PICK UP THE PHONE I was without my medication for over a week because it is impossible to speak with the pharmacy. The doctor sent the prescription in on the 9th. Each time I went to pick it up they didn't have it. No explanation. I called the pharmacy several times to find out what the problem. After waiting at least 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone, I hung up. My doctor called several times and had the same problem. I only got my medication today {11/13} after walking over there and insisting that they call my doctor. I asked them why they don't answer the phone and was told that they're too busy. Unbelieveable!

The CVS that's located at 500 Grand Street has a customer associate representative by the name of Laura and hands down is by far the epitome of professionalism in context when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. If ever you visit this location I hope that you have the opportunity to be greeted and assisted by Laura. This way you'd understand better of how great customer service should be across all companies not just CVS. Extremely grateful and satisfied customer,- Tommy Leux.

All CVS pharmacies are awful, but this one beats them all. The service is exceptionally bad to the point where it seems that they enjoy wasting your time

My mother has the OTC card and Quantinique was so patient in working with me in checking which items were eligible. She assisted me in opening cases to get the necessary items I needed. She literally went above and beyond. Quantinique was super helpful, approachable and friendly. Definitely look forward to seeing her again.

Apparently they lock all their fridges and I pressed their little red button for someone to come open the fridges and maybe 4-5 minutes went by and nobody came.
