One of the least friendly places by this chain of stores. When I confronted the manager, she said nothing about my experience; I don’t plan to shop at CVS again.

I chose 2 stars because some employees (partucularly those who work in the pharmacy area) are friendly. But today made me wonder why somewhat unfriendly people seek/or accept customer service jobs. If you want to walk around with a somewhat unfriendly, downward demeanor then choose a job that does not include direct contact with the public.

Tony was greeting today & is such a nice & helpful young man. However, the store could be better stocked.

I’ve lived in New York City for 12 years and something you understand once you’re a New Yorker for a while is that pharmacies are just a nightmare. In my experience they are faceless and nameless places where there are so many customers that anyone working there can’t afford to get to know your name or face, much less be kind because of the sheer quantity of people they are serving. Not the 75 Christopher St CVS. I’ve been coming here for over a year and now I get to look forward to saying hi to my favorite people in the neighborhood. There are two people working on the pharmacy register and every time I have the privilege of picking up a prescription they are there to greet me. They are kind and thoughtful, extremely fast, and honestly just a joy to talk to.Thank you, CVS, for making the west village a better place. That’s a sentence I never thought I would type.

CVS:Everyone's heard of CVS.Some good some not so good. But I believe that they should be quicker in re-stocking products. Some products go months and then stop. And their CVS brands.

Doris is amazing! she took care of my request in a timely manner and was super knowledgable. She has a great demeanor and helped me with a patient needing COVID therapy- a nearby CVS I had called before her was clueless and had no Idea how to handle my request. Thank you DORIS!- Fareed- AIDS Heatlhcare Foundation Clinic

One of the main issues I encountered was a lack of clear signage and organization within the store. I found myself wandering around the aisles, trying to locate specific items without much luck. It would be helpful if CVS could improve the layout of their stores and make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. Another issue I experienced was with the checkout process. The line was quite long, and there were only a few cashiers working at the time. It took me a long time to check out, which was frustrating as I was in a hurry. It would be great if CVS could hire more staff or improve their checkout process to make it faster and more efficient. Overall, my experience at CVS could have been much better. If CVS could improve their store layout and checkout process, it would make for a much more pleasant shopping experience. I hope that CVS takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the experience for all of their customers.

Management needs real work. On February 8, 2023 employees were complaining out loud during the hiring event. I don't blame them.It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional for the set up they have done. Manager Fatemh was eating a chocolate bar and taking candidates one by one wasting people time. Unacceptable. This CVS can use all the help it can get for customer service.

The problem I had was there is a designated roped off line for cashier, but they had everyone waiting on a single line outside the roped area for both cashier and machine check out. This line blocked passage in and out of the store. They should have the line for cashier separate and the customers waiting for machines waiting by the machines.

I would say that my experience here was alright. I came here for the Nerd's Clusters in the mixed berry flavor because that kind is far superior in my opinion to the rainbow Nerd's Clusters. I looked at the candy rack below the cash registers, and I only saw the rainbow clusters available so I went to the candy aisle to see if they had any of the mixed berry options. I saw Nerd's Clusters in blue packaging, which is a major indicator that this was the mixed berry flavor but that was a huge misdirect because it was the rainbow flavor in Christmas packaging. I don't know why the Christmas packaging had to closely resemble the color of the mixed berries flavor, but ok. I also had my first "Karencounter" here today. A woman was yelling at the only employee at the front desk because she didn't like the self-check-out option. Even though the employee had offered to help her, she wasn't accepting her assistance. There was just no one there to work the registers. I hope for her sake that the matter was resolved quickly.

Dirty, insane prices and nastiest pharmacist (blonde). Purposely puts up wall where drop offs/vaccine check ins are so she doesn’t have to speak to customers. Absolutely unacceptable

The women on the photo was closing pharmacy before 1:30 for lunch break. I was waiting before 1:30 to buy medication but nobody was there. After my “ hello” the pharmacy was automatically closing window. I had to wait until 2 pm , when there were opening again. Like I said before lunch break supposed to be between 1:30-2 pm and I was there before 1:30. Horrible stuff at this pharmacy, not kind, rude. Not recommended.
