I've had multiple frustrating experiences with CVS due to their lack of updated opening hours. It's incredibly frustrating when you plan a trip to the store based on the listed hours, only to arrive and find that they're closed or have different hours. This inconsistency has inconvenienced me and many others multiple times. Their customer service is not any better as well. CVS should prioritize updating their opening hours and train their employees to provide a better customer experience.

Average - it is nice that this location accepts online appointments for vaccine's though. Nice pharmacist.

They have nice things I guess but how you let a dog come in the store, bark at customers, and then let them lick a gnome that is on display in front of the store without getting rid of it due to safety precautions very nasty never coming to this location again

When using the self-checkout, I needed assistance bc I didnt need a bag. The employee rolled her eyes and headed over and never once acknowledged me. Afterwards, she went right back to another employee and continued talking. Shame.

I had 2 days of very bad experiences at this CVS. I had an appointment for a flu shot on Friday night. After waiting almost an hour, I was told there was a problem with my insurance. The already had my insurance information from previous appointments, but this night I was told the computer was rejecting my insurance.They apologized and said they would make me an "open" appointment for Saturday. I asked what time that would be and they said that open meant i could come anytime and they would give me they shot. Saturday morning I was picking up a prescription at my usual CVS and I asked them to check if they had a valid insurance card for me, one that would cover my flu shot. I was told they had my card on file and yes it did cover a flu shot. A couple of hours later I went back to the original CVS and told them i had an appointment. They said I was not in the computer. And when did I make the appointment. Before I could completely explain I was rudely cut off by the intake person.He then yelled the nurse "do we have any time to take a person without an appointment." The nurse started to give him a long explanation as to why they couldn't. I decided to leave. I will never go back to a CVS.I would steer clear of this CVS

Avoid this type place at all cost, very aggressive sales clerks and customers. People are literally ready to fight there. One miserable CVS store. I had a return - conditioner by Orbie, before buying it I asked a customer service man if possible to return it it doesn't work out. He said yes, no problem. Next day I come with my return, the system would not take it. Salesperson who helped me with it - said it's not returnable. I asked to show me on the receipt where that policy states. Salesperson was very rude and aggressive, manager Keith got involved and gave me solution to call customer service. Later I wanted to buy water, and that salesperson misunderstood me and instead of ringing it up, she actually returned that water. The salesperson was very rude and aggressive, annoyed to help, seemed like she did not want to be working there at all. Avoid this store at all cost, unless you need no help and can do self service so no interaction with unprofessional staff.

it's located on Bleeker st you may not recognize this location. Self payment is 1st fl - most of foods are there, except for chocolates and candies. you'll need to use 5-6steps to go upstairs. There's no self payment. My friends wanted to return the one item right after he purchased, they required ID has to have a barcode. most of the store won't ask and not taking such long process.

I go to this store often. I was there yesterday picking up some supplies when one of the employees literally ran into me with a trolley full of trays of goods. It scratched the back of my right leg and ankle and I fell. This woman didn't even help me up. I stood up myself and she just walked away. First why are you moving stuff in the store at a speed when you can't see over the stuff. Second how about you help the person up? Third I finally found her in the store and showed her my bleeding leg and then she apologized. Come on cvs you make so much money you can hire and train better!

This pharmacy is very dangerous, I once worked there and they accused me of something I didn't steal at all and she didn't even ask for forgiveness for it and neither did the manager himself, I have already filed a complaint about her with the company and the police, I hope they will take care of it!

CVS on Park between 27/28th isorganized and well maintained.I will happily share my experience. Dominique greeted me immediately upon entering, and I know her name because she had to help with a sale priced item later. She’s friendly and speaks with confidence. Dominique quickly remedied my issue that turned out to be a mislabeling. Excellent managerial skills.And Andrew, on register, such a pleasant human being. Besides being friendly, he patiently tried to sort the issue multiple times before calling a manager. He has great people skills.I felt like I was at a local store, like a mom and pop, and not a corporate chain. Sounds silly, but it makes such a difference in a person’s day.

Horrible customer care in pharmacy department. Left me on hold without ever getting to my my name or concern for 15+ mins. I called again and when someone picked they said nothing, I repeatedly said "Hello?" and then they hung up the phone

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Will always make it a point to never go here and spend my money. Hire some people who care about customer service at least.
