This pharmacy is never open when they say they are. They seemingly make their own hours up as it dictates to their staffing. Also they require to close the entire pharmacy from 130-200p for lunch. Why schedule lunch at the same time for everyone? Complete bollocks.

Traveling here from out of state and ran into an issue. My Dr from home was able to call in for me (despite a six hour time difference!) and when I called they already had my information and were preparing it! When I explained my husband would be walking there to pick it up for me she offered to expedite it. They had my insurance information on file, everything went so smoothly and allowed us to get back to enjoying our time here. Couldn't be happier!

Came here with H to pick up some drinks on the weekend. It was super quiet on a Sunday. We walked in and the CVS guy gave us some samples of freebie (lotions, cleansers, etc.). Wow that was nice of him. The store was clean and everything was neatly organized. Drinks selection was very limited when we went. We noticed there were a few empty sections in the fridge. I do like the fact that the store is open till midnight and it helps when you want to pick up something really late if needed. Service was ok.

Absolutely do not come here. Allegedly opens at 9am on weekdays. 9:20 it was fully shutCame back at 5:30 and didn’t get out until after 6:15 to simply pick up 2 Rx.Avoid at all costs

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Even if you talk in person or on the phone with someone they tell you it will be ready or they are ordering it and then don't. I have been going 3 years for 3 family members and have had a problem every time. I cant believe this is acceptable by any manager or leader of CVS

I need to be able to rely on their home delivery commitments, yesterday I ordered for delivery today after 4:30pm. Did not happen. Went there a moment ago to pick up the medications I need to take daily. No sense of decency nor work ethics. Spoke with 2 employees who clearly could not be less interested, they in fact displayed annoyance at my questions. I was told that yes the app/system was not to be relied upon and that I should call their phone number. I had tried that number a couple of times and it is a prompt labyrinth that will not get you anywhere (plenty of other reviews mention this prompt system to nowhere). Another example of a large company that does not give a crap about doing the right thing and instead rely on their market power to eliminate small shop competition and take full advantage of their local oligopolies. Avoid at all cost, find the small pharmacy closest to you and treat them well.

Waited 15 minutes on line before deciding to leave before risking me late for an appointment while there was still a line of people in front of me, mostly purchasing items and not even picking up prescriptions. One cashier two registers and one employee trying yet failing to hide behind the stack of medications and failing. GREAT customer service guys definitely really helpful. Unfortunately will have to go without my medication tonight and try AGAIN tommorrow. Definitely switching my pharmacy after this.

if i could give them negative stars i would. i am always on hold for 20 minutes every time i call to check on my prescriptions. this time its been 45 minutes of holding, ( i also hung up twice after waiting 15 minutes, and called again.) it isn't even a busy hour like 5 pm, it was before 4 pm on a weekday afternoon this is the by far the worst pharmacy ever. why can't anyone pick up their phone ? do better! and shame on you for making people wait forever and never picking up the phone! at this point they should close their pharmacy because it's like a joke to see when, and if ever they will pick up their phone!

Terrible pharmacyI needed to speak to a pharmacist. I called five times in succession and kept getting put on hold. No one picked up the phone. Finally I gave up. I have used this pharmacy for several years and had found the pharmacist to be very helpful. The current staff should be fired. However in the future, I’m not going to put myself through the torture of trying to fill prescriptions here. I will find somewhere else.
