DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENT WITH MINUTE CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are visiting NYC and my 15 yo daughter fell sick. I made an appointment for 9:20am. Got my daughter out of bed and walked 6 blocks in the cold and snow. We waited for about 10 minutes and then found a CVS employee. We were told that they did not know where to find PA for the Minute Clinic. They thought maybe she wasn’t in yet but no one had heard from her. They tried to call her but did not receive an answer. One of the employees let it slip that she did not show up in type on numerous other days. This is beyond RIDICULOUS. I was then asked if I wanted to reschedule which caused me to literally LOL. I’m now sitting in City MD after walking another 6 blocks with my sick child

Poor Service. My girlfriend loves going to different CVS' to look at the new plushies and seasonal merchandise. We went there on Valentine's Day to look at the new spring plushies when we approached the new spring plushies a rude employee by the name of "Lotoya" or something very similar said "these aren't for Valentine's Day " in a rude tone to have us leave when she was pushing the merchandise as if we clearly couldn't recognize that the plushies were not Valentine's Day themed. She then preceded to say "excuse me" in a loud rude manner as she was called away by an employee. She clearly is a miserable member of staff and shouldn't be working there.

This CVS is clean and well stocked, I even liked the manager greeting us in the front, but upstairs was a whole different world, I tried to pay for some items at the register , the brown skinned lady was playing video games on her phone and wouldn’t ring us up, she asked the Indian lady for the card for the register and between the both of them, I don’t know who was lazier, the Indian girl claimed she couldn’t find the card and the brown lady who continued playing video games on her phone, never looking up , told us ALL THE REGISTERS ARE BROKEN? She was rude, inattentive , and definitely didn’t want to work today or any other for that matter. Dont spend your money here, there are plenty of better places to shop for essentials, I wouldn’t give this CVS any business.

I am very upset that I didn't receive the full value of the coupons I redeemed. They were two coupons (1) 40% off one full price and (2) a $3 Extracare Birthday reward. The full price of the one item I purchased was $14.49 giving me a saving of $5.80 and a total savings of $8.80. I received coupon savings of $7.60 and was charged $6.89 before tax. The coupon and my receipt both state 40% off full price so why did I receive 40% off a reduced price of $11.50?

Sunday 7am. They supposed to sell medicine, but if you go there, nobody has access to them! They need the key from the manager, and he/she is not there!

They won't sell over-the-counter Meds to foreigners who need them with a stinking cold, stating NY law doesn't allow it. Yet the other pharmacies are more than happy to help.

I want to tell you that your employee Robin from CVS doesn't have manners to attend in public. She is so rude and mistreatment. So I recommend to CVS company capacitate their employees how to manage their moods and stress since at the time I was here, there was not much public. It seems to me that she that she is not happy with what she does. Please evaluate this type of service from Robin with anonymous clients so that they can corroborate what I tell you, especially during times of low influx of public where it is seen that the CVS staff has very poor attention in general with their treatment of the public and At CVS Broadway the majority are tourists like me. Additionally, because he was with a person with autism and severe mental retardation, he did not have manners or good treatment towards us.

This was the best pharmacy experience I've ever had lol. The pharmacist was super kind and helpful and EFFICIENT!! I love it here! Thank you so much for your patience especially right now because I have absolutely no voice lol.
