This store will not provide you with any convenience, and their manager does not understand what it means to be reasonable!

I’m going to break it down for everyone … this CVS used to be great and now it’s not. Why it changed everything I just don’t get. If they would revert back to all the wh’s before COVID then it’d be back in the 4-5 star range; but, they won’t. So the store’s deterioration will continue, even though I don’t know how much worse it can get. If a customer goes in 1-2x daily for years/since it first opened and a long-term employee doesn’t let her go for $1-2 when she’s crying and rushing bc she just found out her mother died, then I’d say there is nothing left to save.

Not one employee greets you when you enter the store anymore, typically a trademark brand identity of CVS. The Manager, along with several stock clerks who possess keys to open locked shelves reek of marijuana as well. I see a lot of clerks walking around with wandering aimlessly to look like they are busy or intentional to be en route to do something but never around when you need help. Your store has continued to decline for the three-years I have been going. I came to the store because I needed Laundry Bleach and White Vinegar. You had advertised both a Laundry Detergent containing Bleach [on sale] and a number of Clorox® brand products. However, there was not a single Clorox product anywhere to be found on your frequently barren shelves. There was one employee I managed to flag down a tall young Asian man who was kind enough to rummage through the storage room for approximately 15-minutes and surfaced with one Clorox cleaning spray which I did in fact purchase and some off-brand bleach tablets. I tried to find a 1/2 gallon bottle of everday white vinegar and you have nothing more than sizes I could find at a 7-11 or a local bodega. The blank stare that ran across employee's faces when I asked for Clorox Brand Bleach or White Vinegar suggested zero brand awareness or totally stoned employees. I used to be a pharmacy customer until the end of 2023 when I made a mad exit in search for a more compentent pharmacy. You just lost yourself $40, 707.49 in revenue not including my co-payments or co-insurance annually. That is enough loss that would have paid for one salary of a pharmacy tech. Miz is the only employee who is invaluable. He is actually the kindest most patient and helpful person I have encountered. I have nothing but sadness that I am not able to rely on your staff any longer. But I have joy that I have found more compentence in a nearby competitor. Your bottom line is most likely not affected that much; but you lost a customer for this local CVS a long time ago. I imagine this locations days are numbered. Or at least maybe they should be. The turnover is obviously indicative that your Regional Management is the problem.

Run don't walk as far away from this location as you can. Go to 150 E 42nd Street. You will have a much better day, a better life and you will find stock on the shelves. This store's days are numbered, and the turnover of management and employees would make your head spin. Their shelves are barren from everyday common necessities. The manager reeks of marijuana and so do some of the employees, especially the holder of the keys for the locked items. Don't even bother. Go a couple extra blocks in any direction and you won't have to buy a tylenol or sedative to recover from the experience.

Place closes 30min early basically every day. Pharmacy staff is great, rest of staff is horrible. Dead cockroaches in the window shill. Bad at stocking items. Just not a good CVS which sucks bc I live nearby.

It was so clean. Everything was well organized and an associate helped me to find my item (cat treats) quickly!

I am very thankful to the incredible pharmacists here-Daniella and Roma. They work tirelessly to not only have medications ready but answer any/all questions. They truly go above and beyond, making a chain store feel like a communal space. They have helped me navigate motherhood, keeping my babies safe and healthy-and there’s nothing more important or meaningful than that.

Store is somewhat packed with merch. People friendly; things are easily located; sometimes not exactly what I was looking for. Good overall.

Incredibly rude service. Also, don't lock the door before 11:50PM if you claim to close at midnight? The door was locked when I got there, but since there was a customer checking out when I got there the lady working came to very rudely snap at me that they were closed while unlocking the door for the customer. I pointed to the sign that literally said they weren't supposed to close for another 10 mins, and explained that I only needed one item that would take me less than 2 mins to get. She claimed they were short staffed and refused to let me in, even though they literally have self checkouts and I don't need any of the staff to do anything for me except unlock the door. But thanks for making me walk further when I'm already sick and tired just so I can get nighttime pads :/
