Complete SCAM artists! I purchased and returned an Ipad on Amazon which to my misfortune was sold by these crooks! The unit was defective, they had me send it back, confirmed my return and never refunded me! Now they are trying to act like I never sent the item back! STAY AWAY

Bought a iPad through Walmart and turns out they do market place and Datavision where it came from got it and need to return it couldn’t use it in my classes reached out to them 3 different times and no one will even respond to my email. Walmart won’t take it back because it was through a second party and Datavision would have to deal with the refund. Won’t answer the phone worst costumer service ever. Beware do not buy through this place if there is a issue they won’t if your purchase don’t work out they sure won’t be there to help you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Repair guy was nasty and rude, and provided false information regarding my laptop warranty. These people do want to help their customers out and I felt very discouraged leaving here today. I do not recommend anyone coming here for any repair assistance“Customer admitted to breaking the interior fan of the computer from a self repair.”-This is a very untrue statement, my laptop is under warranty for a defective fan that I had nothing to do with nor tampered with. I was also not in need of immediate repairs, of course willing to wait 2-4 weeks for a full successful repair service. ASUS and Best Buy Geek Squad were extremely understanding, professional, and helpful today unlike Datavision continues to be dishonest in their statements here. No wonder they have less than 3 star reviews here

This company is awesome. I was initially skeptical because I’d never heard of them but I got a pair of JBL headphones for half of what they cost anywhere else and they arrived in four days including a Sunday. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a MacBook laptop on Amazon, and unfortunately for me this was the company it came from. They sent me a defective laptop. There was a problem with the audio system, and it didn’t work straight out of the box. I sent it back for a refund and they charged me a $236.83 return fee. They stopped responding to my messages on Amazon after I asked them to refund the whole amount. I had to contact my bank to file a complaint, my bank ended up refunding me the amount. I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only person they’ve done this to. Do not do business with these people. They are scam artists.

The one star is for DataVision Customer Service. It was a nightmare scenerio for 4 days when Fedex claimed to attempt delivery 4 times. There was no Fedex truck at my address any of those 4 days and a tag/notice was never left at my door. Fedex said they had scanned copies of the notices. I was home the whole time and getting these "attempted delivery" messages was maddening. When I contacted Fedex, they refused to let me have the package held for pickup at a Fedex facility near me because the shipper, Datavision, wanted a signature from the delivery address. I called Datavision customer service who told me not to worry and promised me that the package would be at my doorstep today. That was a lie and she admitted she lied to me. Then she said she spoke with her manager and they were going to take care of the situation and not to worry (again!). They were going to contact Fedex to straighten this out. I called Fedex and they told me that no one from Datavision contacted them. Fedex wanted to try a 5th time to deliver and that's when I went nuts. Why do the same thing over and over when you know it's not going to work? I was finally handed to a Fedex resolution specialist. We figured that the driver most likely needed better directions to my home. Although I had never had problems with Fedex or any other deliveries to my door, this solution worked. Anyway, I got my product. It's excellent and the price was right.

I ordered headphones online on January 01, 2023. I have not received them as of February 03, 2023. Can never get the store to answer! Customer Service doesn't do anything to fix the situation. FedEx tracking number just indicates a shipping label has been created. FedEx claims they are waiting for seller to ship product to them. I would not, and will not ever do business with this company again and suggest you stay far away as well!!!

Shipped me used/non-working Apple Pencil via Amazon, labeled as "new." Not worth fighting with them, just paid $30 to swap for new at Apple Store.

Tofael is great. Brought my Asus to repair since it stopped turning on. He found the problem and fixed it after a few days. They also sell cheap phone accessories. Great repair service and kind people. Would totally recommend.

As others have mentioned, shipped a delivery requiring signature and unwilling to re-route to a FedEx facility or waive the signature. Weak excuses and no attempt to assist customers. Who can sit around all day waiting for a package?

Please be very weary of this seller/company. Purchased through Walmart and they would not honor a return within their policy. Support changed their story twice on why they wouldn't accept the return while emailing themEdit: They reply to my review and respond with some random buzzwords not even related to my return/merchandise. You can see they do this with all their other negative reviews too. Very dishonest and scheming company. I don't write reviews but had to make an exception for this scam artist company

Ordered Macbook Air 2022 M2 "STARLIGHT" color from amazon, but received "SILVER" color instead. Wonder if they're going to charge me 15% restock fee or not, but if they do they're proving themselves that they're the WORST computer selling store of all times.
