I came to Dior on Sunday to shop for a wallet. I was lucky to helped by Sean and he patiently helped me find what worked best for me. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received. I would not hesitate to come back to this location for another purchase.

Calling out my girl, Maria!!! She’s amazing, warm and so kind. One of the best SA I’ve worked with and got my first Dior purchase from her. I absolutely adore her and so happy with my shopping experience.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at your location. The attitude seemed arrogant, prompting me to choose another branch on 5th Ave. Consider retraining some team members, especially Andrew.

Maria is such an excellent sales rep! She took care of us the moment we walked in. She introduced me to a beautiful bag and her favorite perfume, which quickly became my favorite, and I did not hesitate to purchase both. Maria even went as far as giving me last year’s holiday wrapping since the one for this year wasn’t available yet. I was dying for the holiday wrapping and pretty much only made a purchase because of it. I appreciate you, Maria!The store itself is also beautiful and spacious. The interior is intricately set up with a beautiful window display.

This is the second store in NYC that I quit for good I placed an order last Sunday with Sunny, my sales person. The order was supposed to ship from another store. No news and made contact with Sunny several times In fact this shirt, fully paid in advance was never shipped The store and the sales person will not answer my calls I have disputed the charge and will not shop here again

The goal of my review is hopefully customer service will improve in this store.On 9/1 I got a CD belt ($960) from a CD boutique located in a mall. The sales person mentioned that if I need extra holes, I can have it done for free, but in a real store.Soho store I thought will be the best stop.Apparently they can not perform such a service and they have to send the belt to an atelier and they will mail the belt to my door within a week—GREAT!My brand new belt arrived in the time frame I was promised, BUT surprise!!!! The belt was actually DAMAGED.I went back to the store, the belt was replaced, I got zero concierge and I got a stamp with FINAL SALE!Why is Final Sale?! Is was full price?! Is brand new!!! If my belt will have any technical issues, the status of Final Sale in my receipt will not allow me to claim anything.Hopefully will not going to be the case, but this approach left me with a super sour taste.

I had the absolute best experience at this Dior store with Alexander Garcia! Not only was he attentive and understanding, he was extremely patient and helpful. I had a very specific request and wasn’t sure what Dior would be able to do, but Alexander made sure I had a 10/10 experience and left the store happier than I expected. Thank you Alexander! I truly will always appreciate everything you did for me.

Went it to get an item and great customer service (sales person)… HOWEVER found the DOORMAN/guard working on 5/26/23 very Racist and disrespectful as he only opened the door for white individuals, turned around when I was struggling to exit the store with my folder and purchase in hand….and was smoking at the entrance which was very suffocating while entering the store. Needs better training as that is not a good image for the store.

My sister and I walked in to look at their wallets a few months ago. We were helped by Maria, who was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products they had in the store. She understood what we were looking for and made lots of very good recommendations. In the end both of us got Lotus wallets (Lady Lotus and Saddle Lotus) and we were really happy with our purchases!
