set up a meeting with these guys on Friday of last week for today at 3pm. They call me at 11am to see what type of cleaning I was interested in-deep or standard and I said Standard, why? They said they will call back, which they did with some ridculous excuse about the owner being on vacation and that they were really only interested in doing deep cleaning but that they looked at my business online and it would require 4 people 8-9 hours to clean the place-every other company I spoke to said 1 person, 3 hours. Very unprofessional and very expensive which gives me the sense that they don't know what they are doing.

Based on my phone conversation (or what there was of it between interminable pauses and being placed on hold) I would not hire these people. They seemed totally unable to answer or comprehend simple questions and couldn't give me a quote/estimate or really any information at all. (FYI - I didn't contact the company via yelp, I contacted them directly.)

I’ve used DLL several times now for my parents. Everyone they’ve sent has been wonderful. Always on time, bringing their own supplies, and does a wonderful job. Ingrid just came yesterday, and my mother couldn’t stop talking about what a great job she did and how lovely she was. Made me look really good for finding such a great company!

We did the deep clean service, and it is no joke. My apartment has never boon this clean. They got not corners that I don't think have seen a broom in 6 years!They were on time, courteous and really truly did a fantastic job.
