ordering online with the ship to store option is a nightmare! It has been two weeks since my order was placed. I called customer service who had me on the phone for 20 minutes to only tell me they can't locate my order, the store it was being shipped to is not answering their phones, and until they can contact the store I can't get a refund for my $400 order.

Again, I'm on my Dollar Tree review mission, to see which is worth your energy dollar or not. I travel to lots of different Dollar Trees in the hopes that you don't have to or maybe should.I been to this particular Dollar Tree a few times and I can see it's a go. It's not the prettiest and at times can be a little hectic and a bit sardines but overall, it's not that bad. In fact, it's high end compared to some other Dollar Trees in NYC. It's well managed and stocked and there's some unique items here that I can't find at other spots.It's also in a great location right off 191st off the 1 and A train and whatever buses leave you right in front.Overall, I recommend this Dollar Tree if you're in the area.

The $1.25 tree is across the street from my grandmothers house. I had never previously been to any of their locations, but probably will not be returning. Upon entry, the store is bleak and very crowded. I just needed two items, but I had difficulty navigating the aisles with the room people blocking the aisles and just overall layout of the store. Once I got to the line for checkout, it was probably a 15 minute wait for body wash, a loofah, and some snacks. Since everything has gone up .25 cents, they may want to look into adjusting the business name.

Big store lots of great items but the really good stuff sells out fast sometimes. they always have a rotating stockStore can get busy and the lines can get long but you cant beat the prices

This store stresses me out so much. I'm not sure if it's how filthy the store is, the fact that it's always jam-packed, or the lack of cashiers. It's the only place nearby that sells cards, but I hate shopping here so much.

Appreciate having a Dollar Tree in the neighborhood with affordable items however I've now avoided coming here due to the long lines, it's unbearable! Most shoppers who come here buy full shopping carts worth of stuff that prolong the wait time on the cashier lines. They need more cashiers. Doesn't matter what time of day I come there will always be a line. Sometimes I just need 2 or 3 items and the lines are just not worth it, so much so, I opt for paying more money across the street for like ex hand soap. Even the 10 items or less cash register is taken up by ppl who are buying way more. Please do better.

Overall the staff is great super helpful when trying to find an item at the store but what I found absolutely disturbing is the creepy manager following me around as I shopped at the store I didn’t notice he was following me around until I noticed that every time I changed to a different aisle he kept following me pretending to be looking for a item and even during checkout he was standing there looking at me.

This Dollar Tree is a wonderful place to buy all kind of stuff to home. Everything even food, decorations, candies, cleaning, etc. Special assistance from a great staff. Thanks ? Dollar Tree ??❤️

Worst experience ever in my life… they had “an experiment of a manager” which just yell to customers and invite them to go out the store if you are not ok with her attitude… imagine a BEAST with some weir clothes… yelling that she doesnt care customers because customers dont pay her paycheck…. ? my god… was amazing that kind of movie in 2023… people like that do not deserve to deal with people… really I want to give a 0 star but i cannot

I would shop here a lot when i were younger like twice a week now i bearly go my dad says its low employee s and the lines are to long i love this shop they should get more employees at this point because im scrolling reading these reviews its all about the lines.A lot of elderly people shop there and it may be pain to there legs or knees from standing to long please get more e.

Most of the time you can find good items. Only thing this store is not well organized. The lighting is not good either. Most of the time it's crowded and they only have one cashier. The lines are long. Its a popular store and you can get goid items.

No matter the day of the week, time of year, season or even star alignment, I can always count on this location to not have the correct amount of cashiers. Every single time there is a 20 minute wait at the register.
