App makes it easy to do the pre-visit work and receive results after. Nursing and front desk staff welcoming, efficient and supportive. Dr. Raffinan is warm and engaging, takes time and educates, provides helpful next steps and follows up. This is a good example of what health care generally, and primary care specifically, should be for all.

When my doctor of 25 years retired I was really not looking forward to finding a new General Practitioner. I had just moved to the financial district and thought I would try and find a local Doc. Dr. Raffinan is seriously one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach. He listens and gives you a very clear roadmap to getting your health to the place you need to be. I hope that he will be my Doc for the next 25 years and moving forward!

I went to Doctor Raffinan for about 8 years.. I like him he has a good vibe and bedside manner. Unfortunately, over the years, it became nearly impossible to get an appointment with him. Only nps I waited 2 months to be able to get him then the day before he canceled for personal reasons. I was told I had to wait 5 weeks for a new appointment with him. So I said I would do one with the NP the following week since I was having a health issue. The day before that appointment they canceled again because the NP had a family issue. At that point, I decided to find a new doctor. If i'm going to the doctor once or twice a year, I want it to be with an md. Again, I think he's a good doctor. i've actually recommended him to someone who is looking for a doctor with a minimalist approach. And they don't mind waiting Months for an appointment. But I was just really annoyed and put off personally with them Wasting my time.

No issue with the doctors, the issue is with a receptionist. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appt. 30 min later after noticing about 6 people go ahead of me, I went up to the desk and asked how much longer.. the receptionist than said I had another 30 minutes? she said my appointment was for 40 minutes later than I believed i made the appointment. Why in the world would i check in an hour earlier than my appointment? She could've mentioned that when I arrived or while she saw me sitting there for 30 min +.

I see NP Katrina Guzman and she’s so wonderful! She’s very thorough and never discredits me because of my anxiety (which I have mainly had the opposite experience majority of my life within medical spaces)Also the shortest wait time of any doctor I’ve ever seen! The staff is always so nice and treats me kindly.

Very complex building entrance access, waited more than 10 minutes in line to speak to the security. Finally got to the doctor's office, the front desk told me that I was 10 minutes late so my appointment is cancelled. Considering I have been fasting from AM to 1pm to get my annual physical check up. This doctor do not care about patient's well being. Don't waste you time and money.

I found Dr. Raffinan through Zocdoc. Appointment was seamless with front staff being extremely helpful during the check-in process. The nurse who attended me, and took my vitals before the Doctor was polite and kind. This was my first time with Dr. Raffinan and I must say he was very attentive and thorough in listening, communication and evaluation. This was also my annual physical. I saw him take notes which were later shared with me for reference and referrals for specialty practitioners. The checkout process was just as seamless with the staff printing out the lab orders and Doctor notes.

This is a review for the practice, not the doctor who I never saw. It’s misleading to provide availability for an appointment with Doctor Raffinan and then schedule the appointment with the doctor’s nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner provide great care, but if I’m scheduling the appointment with the doctor it should be with him. To take time off work, travel to the office only to find out that my appointment was with someone else was frustrating. I tried to reschedule and the only availability was for March, but zoc doc lists many more slots that don’t indicate that this availability is with the nurse practitioner. Nor was this communicated to me when confirming my appointment. Be transparent and considerate of people’s time.

I am a 21 year old college student. I went to see Dr. Raffinan regarding a back injury in which I needed an accommodation note for work. The staff was very helpful, however I have never felt more uncomfortable with a doctor than with Dr. Raffinan. The doctor instructed me to change into my underwear and bra and put on a hospital gown so he could examine my back. I thought it was a little strange I had to take my pants off for him to examine my back injury so I kept on my pants and was wearing a bra and the gown. He then comes back into the room and does the exam. This was also a physical exam so he started pressing on my stomach. The Dr. asked if I lost weight, to which I replied yes. He then suggested that I keep up with exercise in order to "keep everything in place". He said this while cupping his hands out towards me. I was shocked. He then begins to type on his computer and tells me I can change into my clothes and he will turn around. Never have I been so uncomfortable at a doctors office. I will never be returning to Dr. Raffinan and strongly urge other women not to go to this doctor.

I've been with Dr. Raffinan for 20 years. I love him because he's a terrific carrying human being. His staff is equally just as attentive, and groovy The reason I'm still around is because of his close observations, thorough questioning and paying attention to details. With thorough workups, he'll get the proper diagnosis, and has yet to be wrong about any of my cases. When I caught a severe case of COVID, it messed me up pretty badly. I was astounded about how knowledgeable he was. His recommendations on what I should do literally saved my life, because he educated me about where I needed to go and what needed to be done. He explains things to you with simplicity so you can understand. While he's also concerned about your emotional well-being, that's a unique quality in a physician because, he knows that emotional instability can affect you physically leading to medical issues. Dr. RAFFINAN, is miles ahead of all of the PCPs I've known. Straight up, he's an extremely skilled physician. I'm proud to be cared for by him and I often brag to all of my friends and family, acquaintances and coworkers about him. I'm long-winded because he truly deserves the accolades. If I was stranded on a deserted island and found a volleyball I'd name him, Dr. WILSON Michael RAFFINAN. LOL.. Seriously though, he's a lifesaver, a Superhero.

Been to the office before and no complaints, however when I went for my physical it put a very bad taste in my mouth. First the bathrooms in the office are being remolded so you are told to go upstairs to a different floor to use the restroom it would of been fine if I didn’t have to walk around with my urine sample just very odd. The most off putting was that i had asked if it’s okay since I am leaving the office and floor for my sample if to keep my personal belongings in the room my physical was taking place in. He said of course however when I came back to enter my room there was another patient in there. When the doctor had asked where my stuff was the nurse replied we put it in the lobby! All of my personal belongings laptop paperwork phone, wallet you name it was just left on a chair in the waiting room! They could have at least put it behind the receptionist to be supervised. I didn’t even know the Appt was over. I was so taken back I just grabbed my stuff and walked out.

I believe the level of care you receive in any profession or business starts at the top. My husband and I have been under Dr. Raffinan's care for about 15 years. He is compassionate, diligent and smart. One of the best doctors I have ever been to. And his office staff follows his lead.

I've been a patient of Dr. Raffinan's office for yeas and have always had a pleasant experience. However recently when I tried to get a refill that requires prior authorization, I was unable to get help from his office for a week. It went from "your address is incorrect" to "can't find your records with insurance company" to "medical assistant is not available to call back" to front desks straight up declining my calls (I'm fully insured and never had an issue in the past). I understand staffing is challenging these days but it's disheartening to see a medical facility that I trusted and loved for so many years have gone downhill. Will not go back
