The guy behind the counter was pretty rude, was trying to see if he'd exchange something and he kind of just stopped responding, he could have handled it better. Used to be my go to but I think I'm going to skip this place now. Least he could do was talk nicely to an old customer even if he wasn't going to exchange

I found everything I needed and more. This is my new favorite spice store. It’s well-organized and everything is clearly labeled in the store’s packaging.

It's a pretty good herbal shop that has everything from A-Z. The herbs are in ziploc style bags, which is par for course.

Store super friendly :) nonjudgmental vibes. natural store. It's great prices. open late 11am - 11pm Other customers could be bossy but just ignore it. there are small steps about 4...be careful when you leave the store there's a crock. You might trip! I also want to mention, by the entrance, shopping baskets are set up I hit my knee and it was painful.... I hope the owner changes the location!

I ordered some cinnamon on their website on May 13th as of June 20th I still don't have my item. Everytime I talk to them they say it will ship out the day I talked to them (3 times now). Then when I ask why it is shipping now and not earlier is they tell me it is out of stock but just came in stock but then the when I don't receive it after 2 weeks they say it is still out of stock. Make up your mind is it in or out of stock.

Refused to read me the ingredients used in their Ras El Hanout (the composition of which, of course, varies from source to source) over the phone, before I trekked all the way there. "No, there's too many ingredients" is what the guy said. Really? You can't simply read the 10–20 spices listed on the label? Ridiculous. I've spent hundreds of dollars at Duals Natural, in both the Manhattan and Brooklyn locations, over the years, even though I vastly prefer Kalustyan's. From now on, it's Kalustyan's all the way for me, baby.
