I'm so angry I don't know where to begin. It's been a few days since I had the displeasure of visiting this pharmacy. I've decided it's not worth the fight and I would rather just go without my anti-depressants. Every 30 days it's a new problem as to why they can't fill a 30 day prescription for Zoloft. They can keep my medications. I'll be less depressed knowing I never have to walk through the doors of 200 Water St ever again.

Amazing how workers at Duane Reade let people steal, they literally come into the store and grab whatever they want then just walk away. In the meantime Duane Reade jacks up the prices for the rest of the customers to pay for their losses . Shame on you Duane Reade for letting people steal and then the honest customer has to pay for the people who are stealing in your pharmacies. I’ll try my best to not use your pharmacies any more.

Was told to come back in the morning for pain and cough medication even though eScripts were received at 6:22 PM and pharmacy closes at 7:00 PM.

This Duane Reade is well stocked and it's nice to have a pharmacy close by. Lately we've noticed a higher than average number of security guards or police officers near the entrance keeping an eye on potential shoplifters. The cashiers are awesome. But, we did see someone get stopped by police for shoplifting fuzzy socks.

The worst Duane Reade I have ever been to in my WHOLE entire life. I paid for a package of women’s razors and yet their employee “Crystal” began acting erratically, she started cursing at me and she ridiculed me in front of EVERYONE. Let me be clear this was all bc “Crystal” was lazy, not working, and instead took 10 minutes to come unlock the cabinet. Nobody has time to wait, I paid for a package of razors after I took them from an UNLOCKED cabinet,you tell me if you would ever ant to shop here again.

I made an appointment the night before for a vaccine shot after filling out its online form. I waited for 20 min after the technician trainee struggled to process it, as she went back and forth with the more senior technician... then the senior technician came punched some keys, walked away... Finally the technician trainer came back and said they couldn't do it. The pharmacist (Cindy Lee) stood 10 feet behind counter the entire time when the trainee and the technician struggled, and pretended didn't know that's going or heard the conversation when the technician tried to explain why as I pressed for the reason. I asked the technician if I could ask the pharmacist directly, and she still pretended nothing was happening and rushed to get on the phone to avoid. I could literally see you and hear you just right there. Then the older technician came back and yelled. It's infuriating for the most unprofessional and condescending pharmacist and technician I have seen. It's literally your job to explain to people, especially for the pharmacist.

Went to return items I bought and the lady returning it was giving me attitude about how she hates people, never had to return many items (people make mistakes with their orders sometimes ok) and wants to call off and how she was over it as well as speaking to me in a condescending tone when I ask to confirm return to original form of payment. Terrible customer service at this Walgreen location. Also they are constantly lacking people so if you need to find people to get the items locked, it takes forever. You would have think with such a large area, there be more people but no. I’ve been to other smaller Walgreens and was always easily able to get staffs to help me. I’ve been here multiple times before and never had a experience like this.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. Do not recommend for people with chronic illnesses who rely on timely refills. They constantly mess up the time of refills and act bothered when they have to correct their mistakes. They don’t even apologize for their shortcomings and they add unnecessary stress to already sick patients. No empathy or consideration here. Will be changing pharmacy.

Aside from almost every corner of this location being locked up, the pharmacy techs are the most incompetent batch I've ever experienced at any Duane Reade location.A very important prescription that a doctor had put in on a Friday afternoon wasn't even ready (Sunday, 5/7 afternoon). If these folks would have scurried a bit, this issue could have been combated BEFORE I found out my insurance magically expired (although I picked up 2 scripts a few days prior with 0 issue) and perhaps I could have been given a courtesy call so we could get ahead of it.. no. None of that happened.No consolation was offered, and even after I asked how myself and my mother were able to pick up my inhalers that past Friday and Thursday (my insurance supposedly expired in April) no explanation was offered either.. So.. someone is not doing their job. Because of this, I will be happily moving my scripts to either another Duane Reade or entirely new pharmacy altogether.I've worked Customer Service for 10 years and this is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment. Do not send your medicine here if you can help it.

I work with uber eats shopping,I'm not a shoplifter, most of the time when I go to the store, they just follow me around like I'm going to still something, they make uncomfortable, I work hard and make more than enough and help my family aslo,and that not the way I grow up and my religion!! especially one light skin female staff, if I'm not mistaken she is a ,superviso ? Or shift leader"who works afternoo 5 pm and also big tall staff maybe his a security, that's not the way professional security person works, he just making uncomfortable by following people, please "don't judge the book by its cover" atlest tray to be professional!!

Unfortunately i have to update my review, because today around 12pm I went to for shopping, but some of the staff just following me like I'm shoplifter, please stop judging people there color or they don't dress well and treat everyone same way!!always Humanity first!!can say most of duane ready location staff around financial district are not friendly especially if you are a delivery person, but this location, I can say most of the staff friendly helping and treating everyone same way especially white Male staff who works on Saturday morning he is really good person and professional, I think other location need to learn costumer service and manner from this location!especially 95 wall street after 5 pm staff members!!

Average experience with chain drug-stores. Big lines that move slowly, and this location doesn’t offer self-checkout. Long wait times when you have to buzz for an item to be unlocked by an employee. I’ve tried calming the pharmacy during operating hours several times, all on hold for 20 minutes, and one time, they picked up finally, but they immediately hung up. ? overall, the cashiers are pleasant, but the time spent in store is not great.

Pricey but lot of varieties. They offered more latest products. All cashiers are warm and friendly, including stockers and backen staffs. Great improvement to product layout, cleanliness has been greatly improved too. Keep it up.
