I've been going to this store every weekend for the last 3 or 4 years, I work overnight and it's super disappointing that they are no longer going to be open 24hrs. I literally have nowhere eles to go now because all the other stores in this area close so early.

Poor disrespectful workers including security guards in the late hours and the store is 24hrs and it is stated online and on website but closed around 3:30 am..

It is useful because it is open 24 hours a day. We sell fruit, food, beverages, daily necessities, and alcohol.

The customer service has greatly improved in the past year (2022-23). There was one woman who was not friendly or helpful, nor seemingly not too smart, but they removed her. She literally lost prescriptions I had already paid for. Now I find them very responsive, friendly and helpful. And the pharmacy is open every day, unlike many other Duane Reades or Walgreens.

Fantastic place to return btls. Store typically has a long line. Passport photo taking was slow but clerk is gaining experience.

3 stars because they almost always have what I need and there are hella choices! Downside: almost everything is locked up so you have to wait for a staff member to come over & it can take as long as ten minutes! So be patient. The staff is nice & very helpful. I appreciate that.

I ordered a medication for my patient thru phone which should be delivered in a day or two but we didn’t receive it. I went to the pharmacy personally to pickup/ follow up the medication. So I told the cashier in the pharmacy dept. about what happened and she spoke to the Asian lady pharmacist about it. The cashier told me it was delivered already to my patients building and it was signed by the receiver, I asked the name of the person who signed/received it. So I went back to my patient building to check it with the door man. It’s not delivered no note in the building log book about any delivery to my patient, I went back again to the Walgreens/pharmacy talk to same cashier and pharmacist that it wasn’t received or no delivery of any medication for my patient and no such name (who signed or received the medications) that work in the building. The pharmacist and the cashier keep insisting that it was delivered and they can’t do anything. They just told me to check the building camera/cctv.I insist maybe it’s delivered in the wrong address. Anyway I told my patient wife about it and she went to the pharmacy to check about it, they try to check again and find out it was delivered to the wrong address. It was easily solve because my patient wife is white and I’m brown and I just a hha. I feel sorry for the cashier and the Asian lady pharmacist who treated me. RACIST people! Hope the management will trained them better.

Avoid if possibleA line 30 people long with one person at the register. Everything is locked up. One employee is running around unlocking everything in sight and then re-locking things. This place turned a 5 minute stop into a 30 minute stop.When it finally was my turn to pay, they didn't even let me put in my member number. When I asked to get points, they refused to return my item since I had just bought it. So not only did I not get my points, this location lost a good customer tooThis location is the weakest link... GOOD BYE

Open 24/7 customer service is good. Its a very large Duane Reade and everything is on one floor. Lots of snacks and sandwiches available.

I don't know why any company would choose to rebrand their entire chain of Convenience Stores into Inconvenience Stores.Everything is always locked behind cabinets, which would almost be palatable if it didn't consistently take 10+ minutes to get the item behind the cabinet. It's faster, cheaper, and more convenient to just walk further to another store.I hope this store either rebrands back into being a convenience store, or just closes, so an actual convenience store can finally open at this location.

I bought a gallon of milk here. The expiration date was over a week away. Immediately after I got home I took a sip and it was so disgusting I felt sick. It had clearly spoiled after not being refrigerated properly. On top of that, their customer service line doesn't even work.
