Came for a vaccine appointment 15 minutes early per their website, checked in, and was told to take a seat and wait to be called. I waited for over an hour (including asking someone at the 30 minute mark and being told I would be called soon), when another staff member asked me why I was waiting. Why did you sign me in if you weren’t going to put me in the queue?? When I was finally added to the list, they put me at the end of the queue. About half a dozen people who arrived after me, including someone who was an hour early for their appointment, all got their vaccines while I waited. Another person who arrived after me was being called when I straight up begged for my vaccine as I had been waiting for nearly an hour and a half and needed to go home. The vaccine took 15 seconds. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for a shot that took less than one minute. I feel like there is no good excuse for this.

Wherher you fill out the paperwork online or wait to complete physical paperwork, whether there are.three people in line or thirty, and whether you arrive early, on time, or late for your vaccination…The wait is over 90 minutes! Go anywhere else but here.

This pharmacy accidentally deleted one of my prescriptions and being that I have experience as a pharmacist and pharmacy assistant and MD, I tried to patiently walk them through where they could check for it knowing for a fact that it had at some point been processed and dispensed (because I had come to the pharmacy to pick it up and had the actual pill bottle in my hands).The pharmacy assistant was flippant and snide, and said do you want to speak to the pharmacist like that was a threat. It took a little navigating but we found that my prescription did in fact exist and that it was cancelled into non-existence instead of being cancelled and placed back on file to be filled another day. Getting that explanation was like pulling teeth, which has me questioning their transparency, but I had to be clear about who was at fault and frankly the amount of time and effort it took to get that answer was disappointing.Not a life or death situation, but poor customer service and unprofessional conduct.

Friday nights for some unknown reason employees don't respond to the assistance calls over the loud speaker so unable to buy locked items at that time only.

Slowest service Duane reade. Not efficient and staff do not know what they are doing. Long lines and many times only 1 register open. You will be here forever.

I was in there yesterday and Navi the cashier had a bad attitude. You're in sales and customer service, and yet he seemed frustrated and annoyed to help or service the buyers. Extremely rude staff and nothing on shelves. Always crowded and long lines and slow cashiers.

The black women and the Indian women works there are rude af!! They definitely don't like working there and they act like they hate everyone. No smile, not even a natural face. Their faces drop to the floor, their tones are impatient and annoyed. Love the store but hate the women working there!!

Very rude, inefficient staff. They pick and choose what policies they implant and on who. Very discriminatory practice. Even something very simple as picking up a package is very complicated for no apparent reason.

Pharmacy service is painfully slow, and the staff is very unfriendly. The store is always low on stock and is not very clean. Often, aisles are blocked by boxes or racks so you have a hard time moving down. If you can manage to go to another location, I highly recommend doing so.

Went here for a vaccine shot. Service was mediocre, and staff were rude and inefficient. One of the worst experiences I ever had with a pharmacy.

Where do I start? The surliest employees in NYC coupled with seeming inability to stock items (aisles are always clogged with either unpacked stock or empty stock boxes), now topped by a total cluster of an experience that should go down in the " worst examples of customer service. " I'm severely disabled so take advantage of stores' buy online and pickup options to avoid crowds and chaos. I ordered 4 items online last night marked as in stock at this store and took advantage of buy 2 get 1 free plus coupon offers on the app. Much to my surprise at pickup today only 2 items were in the bag. Clerk tried to tell me that meant the other 2 were out of stock but I told him let's go look since it's impossible to buy out of stock items for pickup online. The 2 items were indeed on the shelves, meaning the employee who filled my order was too lazy to find them and just marked them as " not found. " Not only was this a total waste of time, defeating the whole concept of " pickup " but I lost the 2 coupons (totalling over $20!). The young man helping me was super apologetic at this total cluster and tried to ring up the 2 " found " items to honor the price and coupons online, but needed a manager to sign off. Surly manager comes over and refuses to do so. So I returned everything. Wasted over an hour. Didn't get my needed allergy products. Complete incompetence all around. Last time I set foot there. This is why brick and mortar is dying on the vine.
