Sokhna was amazing at teaching us the proper technique of how to use the airwrap and was able to provide customized instruction based on our hair type. She was patient and friendly and a pleasure to learn from.

My vacuum cleaner was broken, and the online troubleshooting didn't solved the problem. So I brought the machine to the store. They found the real problem and replaced the broken part directly. It only took a short waiting time. I recommend to go to this store directly if you are in a similar situation!

My Air wrap broke and customer service replaced it with the short version because the normal long version wasn't in stock in their warehouse. I called this store and asked to exchange it in store with their inventory (as I have long hair and wanted the longer curling barrels) and the associate said yes. When I got to the store, a different associate said that wasn't allowed as the inventories were different and that the person I spoke to must've been mistaken. She very kindly gave me (for free) both sizes of the longer barrels to use with my new Air wrap. I was very appreciative of her generosity and willingness to solve this for me as best she could. Would recommend this store.

I returned a defective Dyson UPS. I have the tracking number and an email from Dyson confirming the receipt of the vacuum. They never returned the money paid. I have been on hold with them waiting for a supervisor for 90 minutes. The entry level person could not handle the inquiry. I will report this to my credit card company. Unethical practices and virtually no support. Never buy from Dyson. Follow Up to Dyson Message - They posted a reply but did not remedy the situation. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with my Visa.

Lashawna helped me pick out my Dyson. She was patient and profesional. She gave me a quick tutorial on my hair so that I can learn how to use it. I would highly recommend visiting her in the nyc store in 5th ave.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing and had two of the friendliest most welcoming staff helping me . They didn’t rush me through and were happy to talk me through all the options/benefits of each product as I debated between the air strait and air wrap. I left confident in my choice of the air wrap and pleased with the whole experience. Also loved the 20 percent discount for trading in an old hair tool- an offer that prompted me to purchase sooner.

I received my Dyson hair dryer from my fiancé about two months ago, and it stopped working. I cleaned it, did everything they asked me to, and it still didn't work. I've contacted Dyson three times, and their customer service is terrible. They promised to send me a return label, but I never received it, even after spending a whole day with them in a chat session. First of all, my hair dryer is an expensive product, so I didn't expect to have this kind of problem in just 2 or 3 months. The customer service is awful, and I wasted more than a day trying to resolve this issue. Now I'm using my old $50 hair dryer because my $300 one doesn't work. Ridiculous! Expensive and fragile product, terrible support. Don't invest in it because there are cheaper and better brands out there.

Dyson is amazing and all, no problem with the product itself I had a hair dryer for about 3 years until it gave up on me and when I tried getting in touch with customer service they were no help. It's just upsetting that after buying such an expensive product, you think it's going to work well for a long time and when it does fail, you assume the company will have your back, instead they don't care to deal with you since product malfunctioned past the "warranty time"My review is specifically for the customer service. I loved my dryer, I was just upset it gave up on me so quickly.

La Shawna did an excellent job of using the Dyson Airwrap to style my hair. I have the Airwrap at home and struggle to use it and she was very patient it teaching me how to make the most out of the tool. She was also very careful and thoughtful not to pull or tug my hair and it was a great all around experience. Thank you, La Shawna!

I purchased Dyson hair dryer two years ago, I don’t wash my hair every day, that means I don’t use it a lot.After less than year of use it stopped blowing hot air, and finally few months later stopped working completely.I purchased new one just opened it and it’s not working at all.I have had my old hair dryer from drugstore perfectly working for 20+ years.I’m very very very disappointed

Arrived 15-10 mins before the store closing hours listed online, I knew what I wanted to buy (model and availability a 5 min transaction at most which I communicated) and a rude security guard would not let us in nor ask his supervisor if it was possible to do a quick transaction. The store was still full of other clients. Horrible experience.

I had an amazing experience with Esmelki at the New York location.He was able to answer all my questions and he did such an amazing job. I decided to buy another special edition Dyson supersonic hairdryer kit as a gift. I will definitely be calling back when I’m ready to order the next product. Excited to receive it. I will update my review once that occurs.
