E -trade blocked my account for the past year and I can't invest my money that I transferred, I called them and they want me to connect me with the third party translator because as a husband I'm not supposed to translate for my wife. This year I can't deposit my wife's deposit because it's blocked. What am I supposed to do Who am I supposed to call to file a lawsuit against them?

Etrade made good on refunding fraud on my account. Service initially was amazing for educating me on the website. Any tension handling the fraud I chalk up to the current climate in our service economy. I still have a ln account in good standing with this company.

Probably the single worst investment service I’ve ever encountered. Canned support responses that have no relevance to your issues, or sometimes no response at all. Hundreds of issues with platform itself, and the website is so abysmally buggy it makes you want to give up. It has cost me tons of money. Try to fund the account from overseas and you’re really in for an adventure - 20k dollars currently “lost” from my EU bank. I will be closing the account asap moving to IBKR.

This is a garbage company with no accountability. They enrolled me in drip 3 times after I unrolled in the continued to do it. They would do nothing to fix their problem. I would not recommend use of etrade for anything. Not to mention they couldn't respond to a single message.

Your customer service has really gotten terrible. Been with you for soooo many years, but slowly moving. My app does not work and for two days now I have been on hold (the on hold message is horrible and sounds like a radio station out of tune... I guess to make hang up). Very disappointed.

Do not use etrade. They screwed up all my Lot sales. The excuse was a new roll out. Tech was useless. We even tried our local rep to no avail. We are now in the process of transferring to another company. We are also speaking to attorney to start a class action law suit for our losses. It is apparent based on etrade reviews from NYC to Los Angeles...worst customer service ever. Avoid etrade.

Terrible company. They are constantly trying to milk money from my account by falsely accusing me of breaking PDT rules, which i haven’t, because I learned to count to 3 many years ago. It’s obvious they don’t know how to count 3 trades in five days. I feel they are looking for ways to keep my money. I am moving my money to another broker. Terrible customer service and wait times on the phone to resolve issues.

This is a very spartan kind of investment/financial company. This forces you to do your homework as far as stocks, bonds, and banking accounts. Because the guys at this particular branch won't hold your hand and walk with you step by step through the whole process of navigating the markets and managing your account.The great thing is that with the internet, it's not too hard for a new person to get involved with financial investing.
