Came for lunch here yesterday. Welcome clearly to be seen again, very unpleasant tone. The food is good but very expensive for what it is. Given the quality of the service, we didn't tip, so we didn't get a "goodbye".

This food market seems like a haven for anyone who enjoys cooking or just loves good food. The ingredients are top-notch, making it easy to create both simple and complex dishes. While the ambiance of the store is appealing with its unique layout, some customers might find it a bit overwhelming due to its size. The staff has a reputation for being friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, there have been mixed reviews on some of their products, like the ravioli which may not meet everyone's expectations in terms of texture.

Eataly in New York brought that familiar "bring Italy to your home" vibe I've come to know and love from their locations worldwide. There's something comforting about the consistency in their theme, no matter where you are. I'll admit, stepping into the New York store, my expectations were sky-high, secretly hoping it would dwarf the one back in Toronto with its grandeur. While it may not have stretched the square footage as I imagined, the experience was not to be underestimated. What struck me most was the meticulous layout of each department, a thoughtful design and an understanding of the customer journey. Navigating through the aisles felt effortless, almost intuitive, allowing for a leisurely exploration of Italian culinary delights. It’s this ease of browsing, the seamless transition from one section to another, that elevates the shopping experience beyond just the physical space it occupies.

The point of reference for enjoying Italian cuisine in all its aspects.Real Italian products, prepared with Italian style.Wide choice of restaurants to enjoy every Italian dish, from breakfast to dinner, including various snacks and snacks.A market well stocked with every goodness, a huge choice of fresh and packaged products. There is also a butcher's shop and a fish shop. And then the ice cream shop...And the cafeteria...And the rooftop...An unmissable visit for anyone who defines themselves as a lover of good food and who wants to pamper their palate a little.

My experience at Eataly NYC FlatironA burst of colors swarms around you as you enter the room. The smell of fresh cheese and meat is in the air. Delicious! This market has a lot to offer. A café next to an ice cream shop and a dessert shop to buy yourself a delicious treat, ready to go italian meals, colorful pasta, big blocks of chunky cheese, freshly cut meat, fish fished from the ocean, big bars, a little pasta restaurant and more italian things like decor or even italian lip balm. And of course this place is huge and every inch is clean. Bathrooms are also available in Eataly. Now to the food here. Everything here is high quality, fresh and delicious. From the sweet treats to the pasta and the meat. Everything here is amazing. The staff is quite friendly and attentive. In terms of money Eataly offers reasonable prices based on the quality and the portion of the product. But this reasonable price is not so reasonable for some people, as it is quite expensive, ranging from about 8$ for a small muffin to 50$ for some steak.Overall my experience here was great. Highly recommended.Over

Came here solo to celebrate my birthday and the folks at Pizza and Pasta were sweeter than they needed to be. It's weird celebrating your birthday alone, but so many of the servers came over to wish me happy birthday, give me a glass of prosecco and an entirely unnecessary singing of happy birthday with a tiramisu. 10/10 would recommend

Well maintained market with a variety of Italian food items. Take a huge appetite or plan multiple visits to try out all options. Loved watching pasta making from scratch.

Very nice open space to try different types of italian food. The quality of the dishes varies from good to excellent in the different places.
