Would leave 0 starts if I could. I placed an order to be delivered to my S/O today (Valentine's day). I paid extra to make sure my delivery would make it to it's destination on time. Once it updated to "out to delivery" earlier today, I began calling the store to try to confirm. That was around 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM i called a total of 13 times and was not able to reach a human ONCE. Around 8:15 it updated to "delivered" online, so I thought maybe it had finally arrived. NOPE! My S/O was home the entire time and even went downstairs to check in the lobby and looked at neighboring buildings to see if anything was left outside nearby. Nothing. It's now 9:43 and still nothing has been delivered. My Valentine's Day surprise has been ruined and I will be demanding a refund for my $89 order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!! I wish i had listened to the reviews! They messed up my entire holiday. I am extremely disappointed, and I still have not been able to reach anyone. SMH

My husband bought for valentines strawberry covered chocolate and most of the strawberries was bad the fruits are not fresh was saggy bad taste not recommended

Several issues arose with this order, including delayed delivery, poor quality, and unprofessionalism. The order was days late, left over a whole weekend, and delivered without proper communication. 4 days old fruit Canceling the order proved challenging, but using PayPal facilitated the process. Simultaneously, my mother faced a similar problem with Edible Arrangements, receiving bad and sour fruit for her office order. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with difficulty. Opting for Panera Bread, which provided quality service and extras, was a much better experience. Considering these problems, I believe the NYC Department of Health should investigate this business and all Edible Arrangements.

For my wife's birthday I ordered flowers and balloons and cupcakes and the flowers I received were dead so I emailed them only to hear from them 2 days after my wife's birthday and we were out of town at that time . So they offered to replace the the flowers but the damage was done already so Im demanding a refund. I will never do business with them again. (I also have pictures to support my claim btw).

Do not order from this store. They said they delivered my order, but it was never delivered. Edible Arrangements refuses to assist in resolving this issue. Horrible customer service.

Jessica customer service was A+. I order an arrangement to be delivered at nearby hospital for a friend coming out of surgery. I wasn't able to get their room number because they weren't assigned a room at the time of the order. Jessica was able to keep me in the loop about the driver trying to make several attempts of delivery. The delivery wasn't made on the day I requested but she assured me a fresh arrangement will go out the following day. Thank you Jessica!!!

I’ve never felt so disappointed in my life I came into this shop to buy strawberry covered chocolate and I found hair in it I kindly told the lady it had a piece of hair and she took it back and changed it two minutes later I thanked her and headed to my office when got there and open the box I started eating it and boom there was another strawberry covered chocolate with a piece of hair stuck in it so I returned to the store and told the lady and she took it to the back and told me that I basically put the hair in it because the people in the back told her that it wasn’t them and I put my own hair in it which is a insult to my character she tried to give me another I declined

I visited this Edible Arrangements location for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience left me deeply dissatisfied.I purchased a fruit bouquet as a gift and all the fruits turned out to be bitter. The 1 star is for the lovely people working there.For $60 for a bouquet, I expect far better quality than what I received.

This place is so unprofessional my brother in law made an order with them for mother’s day and they said it was delivered and it was never handed in to my mom they faked a signature and all we made a complain about the situation and all they did was give him some credit if he wanted to reorder with them, when he did reorder the same item that was never given for the Dominican’s Mother’s day they handed in an incomplete order only half of the things he ordered… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL FAKING SIGNATURES AND GIVING INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Never again??I Placed an order for mother's day 2023, For my Mom and All day wait them 6:00 pm they send me an Email the Is was delivered and never did and never received anything . I than got in touch with them and put my order for another day my order was worth $200 and I only recived half of my order so inresponsile its very important because you pay for your gift for your mother to honer her on her day of mothers so special and they don’t only scam you but play with your emotions because mothers day is only one day and they basically ruined it

My order was completely incorrect. So much so I didn't even have to ask for a refund it was credited back to me clearly they know their Edible Arrangement wasn't up to par.

Though the entire is a little drab (probably from the fact that this location is older), the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Edible arrangements are not my ministry but they always know the right questions to ask to guide me to the right gift and I never feel like they're pushing me to buy the most expensive item.

I placed this order on 2/3/23 for delivery on 2/14/23The delivery was made in a timely manner but to my dismay when my husband opened the arrangement, the strawberries were covered in mold. He threw the entire platter away. I spoke with a young lady who offered to redeliver. I would prefer a refund as that order was supposed to be special on Valentine's Day. Please see picture's attached.
