The worst Valentine gift ever . No ballon’s no fresh fruits and a very expensive price. It melter my heart when my husband told me the price. Please be honest with people who are working all day to spend at your store and you sale to them garbage.

TERRIBLE customer service. I placed a $300 order and I just needed help from this store where I placed the item from. I spoke to LIZ and she very RUDELY disregarded the help I needed and hanged in the phone on me, when I proceeded to call again she then picked up the call to then hang it up again. LIZ gave me terrible service for my Valentine’s Day thank you

Ordered strawberry chocolates and balloon and there were lots of hassles. Got the the sweets in the end but no balloons. Turned out to be the fault of hotel receiving the order. Atleast their customer service was helpful.

I’m giving this review for one person & one person only. JORDAN !! There was difficulties with my delivery & despite it Jordan was so nice, patient and she helped me out a lot through the communication issues I was facing. Jordan is very much appreciated!! She was amazing customer service 10/10

Had a terrible experience, they tell you one thing over the phone. They they end up doing the opposite order a special birthday gift for a friend…. Said the driver will be in at 12 noon. They called me at 9:30am that the driver went to make the delivery and they didn’t let him in, basically they were giving me runaround’s unbelievable had to make my friend pick up her gift …lousy customer service. They need to regroup and get new staff.

I never had such a terrible experience ever! when i called to the store to find out why my order was not delivered on time, a lady named Amber answered the phone, said that she is the manager. She was very rude and disrespectful!!!!She put me on hold for 30 minutes and she didn't resolve my issue! she was hanging up on my calls every time that i tried to call to the store. There is no words to describe how bad is the customer service at that store!!!! I don’t understand how the store can hire such a horrible person as a manager!!!!!!

Had a very short notice order for my mother's 50th birthday I feel so bad because I forgot the young lady's name but she was their today answering the phones this morning around 9am and she was so sweet and made sure ever detail was right very good customer service thank u to u and ur staff

I went there at 4:57 today (store was still open with the lights on). The person working there, Erica, came out and told me the store was closed. I said oh no, pls I promised my kids cupcakes and they'll be so upset. She agreed to sell me cupcakes. Out of curiosity, I asked her what time the store closes. She said 5. I asked her what time it was. She said 4:58. So I said, oh ok, so you guys really close at 4:45 then? She stopped, looked at me and said, "I'm not selling you the cupcakes. I'm not helping you out. You keep making these remarks." I mean wow. Is this some kind of sick joke? Two toddlers are waiting for cupcakes and you refuse to sell after you say you're going to sell them? Wtf!? I am so livid! Erica, you need a different job. You're terrible at customer service. Go do something that requires no interaction with other people. She ended up selling me the cupcakes, but I told her this is the last time we're buying anything in that store. How does this place honestly stay open?

I live next-door to this place and come here often on my walk back with my service animal to get a morning smoothie every single time they tell me I'm not allowed to be there even though I'm with my service animal and NO ONE is there to be bothered,they're honestly lucky they're not getting sued,on top of that they'll just LIE and tell you that they're not making what you want anymore... I could go in and ask for a smoothie looking at their monitors displaying the smoothies they're selling to have them lie to my face and tell them they're not doing smoothies anymore... do your job and make the smoothie or go somewhere else to work if you hate your job so much, don't make it other peoples problem when people go here to treat themselves and their loved ones not to be hassled by somebody who is miserable and refuses to do their job... just a bummer its like a rude icecream man..

I placed an order three days prior to my father's birthday expecting the flowers to arrive by 10 am, however they never arrived at 10 am. The girl who works there was the most hateful/rude girl I've ever spoken to, and I had to phone her every hour. She kept promising that it would arrive in an hour, but it was cancelled at 5 p.m. and their excuse was they won't make it on time... the location and the destination was only 6 blocks away. I won't place an order from here again.

Unprofessional. Unable to deliver on time. Rude, promises one thing but didn't deliver what promised. Called after 4 pm and said that they can't deliver my order. I did order 3 days before. I hope the owner of this shady business will read that. It is so unprofessional to ruin a holiday for someone. People don't order anything there. Save your money for better things. I hope they will close that business. What business?!!!!! Real business stand up for their clients and not loose them . Unbelievable how unprofessional was my experience with that. If I only knew I would order something better. Omg. Unfortunately this is what a reality is.

Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter if your stomach is ripped in half & you have a migraine- they WILL continue to harass you, buzz, knock or call until you call security or the police to get them to stop. Doesn’t matter if you ask them to leave, tell them to leave or beg them to leave - they are getting that signature. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to cause more stress to your recipient.
