This place is a JOKE! I placed my order 2 days in advanced to avoid any issues with my delivery. They NEVER delivered my order although the tracking order says that it was delivered. I’ve been calling since yesterday to find out what is going and NO ONE answers. I’ve sent several inquiry’s regarding my order and NOTHING. How dare you guys take my money and claim that the item was delivered when it wasn’t? Make it make sense. Thanks for ruining what was suppose to be a special surprise for my partner. REFUND MY MONEY NOW.

I placed an order at this location online and something went wrong and it went through twice. I immediately called and they cancelled one. My order was delivered promptly the next day and it was perfect! I added the dark chocolate cupcakes for a birthday and was told they were delicious! Thank you!

Worst order experience. I have rarely rated anyone before but this truly demanded me speaking out and saving others from this horrible place. The lady on phone was extremely unprofessional and hung up without listening to my situation. False deadlines are provided and then they completely don't care about meeting or coming even close to it.

They got the delivery done on time and everything looked great only thing I ask is please answer the phones lol but shout-out for them getting it to my mom's meant a lot.

Completely disastified with this store and its service, terrible experience, and the worst is that management didn't try to do anything to fix the issue. Awful, I don't recommend ordering your arrangements from here.

Changed rating as I was contacted to have the purchase re-delivered. Customer service was very friendly and as accommodating as possible on a busy day of the year.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ONLINE!I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The online service is misleading, as if the delivery is coming from this store. I also never received a confirmation email or an order number, yet the funds have already been withdrawn from my account. I cannot track the order or even get information with out the order number. A complaint is also being filed with the BBB and FCC for not answering a phone all day.

I never received my flowers for Valentine’s Day. After looking up the location, I see most people don’t get their items here from this location on delivery. Very shady

So it's Valentine's Day this year! I received some chocolates from my boyfriend only to later find out he ordered them with flowers, which never came. He has not gotten a response back yet. I see all these horrible reviews on here. This place has to be doing this on purpose at this point.

I ordered from this place for a friend's birthday recently. They happened to live really close to the store and so I took a chance on the same day delivery hoping nothing would go wrong in spite of the low star reviews.I should have never taken that chance. I regret purchasing from the store because my order was never fulfilled. Whoever delivered the package most likely stole the arrangement and had sent me an email confirmation of the delivery with a picture of some random person's room, not my friend's apartment.I had emailed edible arrangments of my case and had called (twice!) about a refund and they had promised a full refund. They told me the refund would take up to 21 days and so I waited but never received a refund.It's been approx. 3 months since and I never received my refund. Edible Arrangements has stolen my money. I warn others never to order from this company or they will rob you of your money too.

Terrible experience. Placed an order online that was supposed to be delivered the next day. Waited for over 3 days and it was never delivered. No one ever contacted me from the store and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone at the store. Eventually, the customer service from edible arrangements gave me a refund because even they couldn’t get a hold of the store

Never open during posted hours. I've gone three times now, and they've been closed every time. Twice, there were two other people trying to get in as well. Need to be more transparent about when they're actually open.

My friend ordered the Edible Arrangement, red, white, and blue bouquet for me for July 4th party, and they delivered on July 5th. I complained to the delivery man, he told me that his boss will call me which they never call me. The store that located in NY on 33rd St has the worst services, and they don’t care.

Terrible customer service. Didn't bother delivering, marked it as delivered, kept giving me excuses that it would get there the next day (this is time sensitive). Nightmare experience don't buy from here!

Ordered 2 gifts for Father's Day for my 2 sons who live across the street from each other. 1 son received the fruit without the Father's day balloon but the other son got nothing despite the status showing delivered. I have tried to call the store repeatedly to no avail. The central answer service was no help either and gave me the wrong store phone #. I have used edible in past but will no longer. I would like the gifts delivered as I paid for them or refund to my account. This has not been a good experience.
