I needed something special to send for a milestone birthday of my daughters. Wanted to send something she could share with fellow employees. Contacted store directly and spoke with Christine. She was so helpful and reassuring to make my daughters special occasion memorable. Thank you ?. My daughter and company loved it!!!!

I ordered cupcakes and cheesecakes for my sister’s birthday. My sister opened the box, and there were a bunch of fruit flies in the box. ? I am so disappointed and disgusted. The staff member on the phone practically called me a liar. Bad customer service on top of that! I do indeed have a video of my sister opening the box. So glad she took a video.

I'm extremely disappointed by the customer service of this particular store. My mother ordered these strawberries for me the Friday of Mother's Day weekend and they arrived to my home ridiculously late, around 10PM. There was no call about when I should've received my order and when the strawberries arrived you could tell they hadn't been refrigerated for some time. When I went to enjoy them on Mother's Day I opened the box to find them already molding. I filed a complaint on the website, the manager of the store never reached out after the 48-72 hour time period. I called the store and was told that the manager wasn't there but a lovely worker was able to gather the information from me and supplied me with an email to send photos. I still have yet to be contacted by the manager. I'm very disappointed by this experience because my mother wasted money on a product I couldn't even enjoy!

Wrong items delivered and horrible customer service. I sent a the Premium Birthday Cookies & Dessert Bundle to a friend. The order was completely wrong. Instead of the chocolate strawberries saying "happy birthday" they said "xoxo". The Bundle promised 6 assorted cookies (one of each flavor which they listed). What was received was an entire box of snickerdoodle cookies. There was also no birthday candle in the order which was described in the product description. I called customer service twice and still have been unable to get in contact with the store manager. If they were unable to fulfill my order and I would have rather been notified to cancel it then send the wrong items. They have denied my request for any form of refund without sending an unaltered gift back from the recipient. Which is even more embarrassing to send an incorrect gift, then take it back and leave them with nothing.

I bought 18 strawberries for my friend’s anniversary dinner! I was so disappointed! The strawberries were old as you can see by the leaves. The size was super small! Can’t believe I spent $60 on this! Rip off. Will never order from them again!

Worked with my local Edible Arrangements in Glen Oaks to have this location do 2 deliveries to my dear friends family. I was weary of all the bad reviews that were done.. Yet still I ordered a platter welcoming them to NY and also an arrangement for her daughter's 21st birthday.I spoke to them directly and worked with Christina and told her my concernns. She reassured me that all would be well..I requested the delivery to be there for check in on Thursday Dec 9 which they did.Her birthday bouquet was also delivered the following day.Everything was fresh. See pictures attached.Wanted to thank Christina for her extra efforts with locating the second delivery and confirming that it got sent to Intercontinental Times Square.She was diligent and caring and I truly appreciated her making my dear friend and her family trip to NY a memorable one. Her handwritten note to them to correct a spelling error was extra thoughtful and appreciated. It personalized it vs the typed out message.They enjoyed the platter and the arrangements.Thank you Christina.!!

I placed an order for a chocolate dipped strawberry arrangementwith a few additions. This was for my partner's daughter for her16th birthday on July 16th. They were out in New York tocelebrate her birthday. I wanted to surprise her with a littlesomething. The total of the arrangement came out to $112.11.Upon receiving it, my partner contacted me to thank me forsending it but the strawberries were inedible. They ended uphaving to dispose of the entire thing, only keeping the balloonsand card. She stated that the strawberries were mushy andoverripe. I contacted the store via the company website the sameday (July 16th) and sent them a detailed description of theproduct and that I was extremely disappointed in the quality. Idemanded for a full refund. Unfortunately, her Mother did nottake any photos of the arrangement. By Tuesday July 19th, I didnot hear anything from Edible Arrangements. I called the customer service number to follow up on my complaint and they connected me directly to the store. The lady I spoke to was not able to authorize a refund and claimed that only the manager could do that. I stated that if she could not issue me a full refund, I'd rather speak with the manager. She also claimed that the manager was not at the store. I asked for her to have them contact me once he/she was available. It's been over a week and I still have not heard anything from them at all! This is absolutely ridiculous! I order from Edible Arrangements quite often and I have NEVER had an experience like this one where the store is perfectly content charging their customers premium prices for disgraceful quality. I am demanding a full refund! I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau along with this review. Buyer beware! Do not order from this location.

A basket was ordered for a sick health care hero. The delivery guy left the fruit on the ground on a 90 degree day and by time it was recieved it was covered in ants. When we called to complain they were rude and sent 6 chocolate covered strawberries to replace an $80 basket. Completely unacceptable. Will never order from them again. Poor customer service for over priced fruit baskets.

I wish i could give zero stars. I ordered an arrangement for my sister for completing her phd. They took my money and the gift was never delivered. I was promised a refund and still have not received it. When i check the order status, it says that it is set to be delivered on 4/16. Pretty neat trick considering it is now 4/22. When i called on the phone i couldn't get a person, just a recording that said my order was in process and I'll receive a message when it is delivered. I will never use this company again. Crooks.

Very disappointed with this company. My order arrived after Friday at 4pm when the person who was supposed to receive the arrangement had already left for the day. My order was put in two days prior. I wasted $50 dollars for nothing because no one touched the arrangement since it was for someone else. So come Monday the arrangement was not so fresh anymore. This is the second edible I tried to use and it failed. I will never try edible again.

We received a beautiful fruit arrangement only to find bugs, probably 20 of them on the fruit and in the green foliage at the base. I called the store that delivered them twice and never heard back from the manager.

Stay away!!! Scammers!! Choose another shop to order through or just avoid completely! They claimed my order was delivered to my hotel and it never was. I requested the driver hand it to me or concierge. I was never contacted by the driver. I tried to call all day to see why my order was taking so long and I imagine they took the phone off the hook as it was busy the whole day. Then I got alert my order was delivered but it actually wasn’t. The next day I called over and over and even though the shop is supposed to open at 8 am, there was a message saying it was closed and open by 8 am...well I called at 9 am, 10 am and got the same message. Mailbox is full can’t leave a message. Called at 1 pm and can’t get through to an actual person!! Called corporate and got a refund for my order. Corporate offered a store credit. Didn’t even offer to send a free arrangement!!! Disgusting service! I had the money credited back to my credit card. Terrible as this was a Valentine’s Day gift! Read other reviews where the drivers get $8 per delivery. I’m guessing they lied and said it was delivered to get the credit? Or shop owners are fraud! Wish I read the reviews before I purchased!!! Next time will get chocolate covered strawberries from Ferrara bakery!! Half the price and more reputable.
