EDIT**- STILL have not gotten a refund, nor a call back from their “manager” to help solve my issue. This store is a joke, do NOT order from them.I should have listened to the reviews. I ordered a mini birthday set, and it was missing the balloon and cupcake. I called them and they said they would deliver it again the same day, but that didn’t happen. I called back in the afternoon and they said “it’s been delivered”, when it definitely wasn’t. So either they’re lying about it, or they just don’t care. I can’t even get anyone to call me back or help. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I just hung up. Don’t order from this store.

I placed an order of chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Valentine's Day, placed a 2/13/24 delivery, and they never delivered the order despite them sending a confirmation email. On top of that, I placed an email request and called the day of and Valentine's Day, but no response.So basically they'll charge you and won't take your calls or respond to email/ticket requests when they don't deliver to you.

Worst customer service experience I've had. Placed an order before valentine's day this year, order supposedly was "delivered" at 8pm yet the recipient never received the order. I've tried calling the store and corporate to get a refund and have been sent straight to voicemail with no callback. Same with my emails. Horrible experience.

The worst customer service.My husband and I have called this store at least 10 times for an order that was marked “delivered”, but never got delivered. Every time I call this store, I get this automated message that doesn’t allow me to speak to someone or even leave a message.It’s super frustrating because we just want our order to be delivered, but can’t even talk to anyone who can help.Do not recommend ordering from this location.

Absolute worst edible arrangement. Received an arrangement today for valentine's day. The delivery person brought it in a plastic bag that looked like from a deli or Bodega. The arrangement was on it's side and delivered in such a poor manner. The arrangement itself had chocolate smeared on the inside. Melted off the strawberry. The plastic looked old and reused. Absolute trashy looking. Honestly worst gift ever. I told my husband to request a refund and file a complaint with BBB cause this is just ridiculous.

Strawberry order marked as delivered, but it wasn't. No phone call, no text. Just an email. Store was closed when I tried to call to get it resolved, and corporate can't help til the store reopens. So much for a birthday gift.

1st time trying Edible Arrangements for a graduation. Overall I guess everything went well but during the ordering process, got prompted to add a graduation balloon and it was perfect in the site picture with a cap, diploma and the words congrats. But on delivery, the balloon was just a generic congrats balloon. Was very disappointed about that.

I pre ordered balloons, customized cars, and 2 dozens of roses. How some of my order get delivered for my fiance. So I call, and the young lady says it wasn't able to he delivered because no one answered the door and the order is in the shop. I said "how's that possible when I was just on the phone with her and she was telling me how she loves the card?"The young lady was very confused as I was. Beside I was a bit frustrated because they are unorganized. She then called me back and said the guy realized he forgot the flowers and will bring them back after his current delivery. It's now been 2 hours and still no flowers. And it's says they are closed right now. If this is the case, someone should've called me. This is the worst customer service ever. ?If your closed you should have the machine say, Your closed.UPDATE::I've called the manager who's never there. I spoke to Jazzman several times and she hangs up the phone on me because she said what she had to say, her words exactly.. I've called corporate on Monday and still no results. I called today, Wednesday and now a case was opened up.

I was looking for something imaginative to bring for a Thanksgiving dinner where there were going to be children. The hosting family were leaving the next day for a trip. Edible arrangements provided a wonderful and delicious assortment of chocolate covered fruits. This went over very well and was finished within minutes of being said out. I believe it's has started a new tradition for us.

I don’t usually write reviews but I I felt that I had such outstanding service from Anthony at store #1187 -Edible Arrangements on the Upper West Side that I wanted to post something.Instead of flower arrangements which are usually a waste, I ordered large Peace and Dove arrangements. They were gorgeous with the chocolate covered pineapple and strawberries. The guests raved.We are so appreciative. Many thanks.
