The team at Elate Moving were fantastic! The arrived on time, packed us up, moved us across town and unloaded all in record time. They were incredibly hard working and friendly and went out of their way to get everything exactly where we wanted it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers in NYC! Completed a move from Queens to midtown Manhattan to a building with a two-hour window move-in requirement. The entire Elate Moving team hold my hand through the process and made it as stress-free, as it was humanly possible for a neurotic woman with a disability and memory loss. Nick always responded right away to my never-ending questions. Oleg and his team of movers did an outstanding job of packing everything up, wrapping every piece of furniture carefully, like a baby. The team's efficiency and professionalism surpassed all previous moving experiences. There were no surprise charges! Not only they were on time, they were early so they could start right on the dot! I can't thank Oleg and his team and Nick, who handled all my insurance paperwork, enough. Guys - you are amazingly caring and patient ?. Can't recommend enough!

The best moving company that I have ever dealt with! Starting with their customer service to the men who did the move, they were outstanding! They were professional, courteous, and so caring of your home and belongings. Not a scratch or scuff on my walls. It was an unbelievable experience, and I would highly recommend them!

I called Elate this morning to set up a move out of state in a panic! I pick them because they had 5 stars and I wasn’t disappointed! They were in time, on budget, work very fast and super nice. I highly recommend them!

Oleg and his team were very kind and respectful helping me move from my one bedroom into a two bedroom. Moving is so stressful and overwhelming but these guys took care of everything quickly and with extra care.Moving doesn’t have to be so hard when you have movers like Elate moving. I’m going to tell all my friends and family about my great experience. I’ll never use another moving company!

Kevin is a liar and a swindler. which sets the same price on the estimate. and during the moving day the price turns out to be 2-3 times higher. After which he doesn’t pick up the phone. I am very upset that all the promised amount of $2600 I had to pay $4236 I would not recommend this company to anyone
