This was my first time purchasing a watch for myself at this level of value. I worked with Nick.He was patient, neutral, professional, and answered all of my beginner questions with care and enthusiasm. When it was time for me to move forward, Nick, did so with a level of responsiveness and care that was beyond what I expected. Even though all of our correspondence was by phone, text, or email, I felt I was being taken care of as if we had a strong brick-and-mortar, proprietor-customer relationship.I was thrilled with the watch, which arrived just as expected, and exactly as I was hoping for. Over the phone at one point, Nick said, "The goal here is for you to be happy with your decision and make sure you understand are comfortable with the process up front. This way, you come back to us for your next one."Well, I'll definitely be coming back to Element iN Time NYC for my next one.

I bought this Rolex new a couple of years ago from Element in Time. The process was pretty simple and the watch was beautiful. Relatively recently, it started running slow, so I sought advice from several watch shops here in Los Angeles and only got vague and contradictory advice about dealing directly with Rolex. I finally resolved to call Element in Time in NYC and was lucky enough to talk with Nick. He immediately reassured me, sent me a fedex return label, and I sent the watch to him the same day. He took it to the Rolex Service Center the next day and corresponded with me by email with details and a lengthy time estimate.All in all, the actual repair time was only a few weeks (far shorter than the original estimate) and I got the beauty back today. Nick kept me informed the entire time and his attitude and demeanor were so outstanding, I actually feel like we’re friends or even family at this point.Nick and Element iN Time handled the whole interaction so effectively and pleasantly that they’ve made me a happy and devoted customer-for-life! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Roman and the entire team were amazing. I had some concern about making such a large purchase online and sight unseen, but I was genuinely impressed after receiving my Rolex Sky Dweller in white gold. As advertised, it was flawless. Roman even had the the strap adjusted to fit my wrist and set the watch to Pacific Standard Time so it was ready to wear when it arrived within 24 hours! Details! details! details!

Highly recommend not only the store but the team at Element iN Time! I purchased an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra from EiT, entirely on-line, not having the chance to visit in person. I worked with Nick at EiT who was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. 10/10 great shop, great price and experience. Cheers!

My first transaction with this business and I am wholeheartedly grateful that I came across them initially on Chrono24. The Co Founder of this company Gary was direct, patient, and very thorough with all the details of this timepiece that I acquired. His colleague Nick was superb in terms of facilitating the trade as well as ensuring that the remainder of the deal went extremely smooth. These guys are top notch and you can buy with extreme confidence. They even threw in some goodies which was a great bonus!
