I really like the simple, naturalistic and sustainable style of this Canadian furniture brand...showroom on 17th and 7th avenue in Chelsea. Some really gorgeous wood dining tables here, great unique mirrors and unlimited materials to chose from. I'm excited and patient, being constructed, for my queen cello storage bed in Ava Cloud fabric(cat friendly fabric)... bed not only has storage it is constructed so well it elevates to change the sheets at your level, don't forget to make sure the cat didn't hide in there before you close it. I also ordered the Silk and Stone hybrid Mattress, can't wait to try it!, their mattresses have a lot less chemicals than the American made brands. I took home the bassoon bedside(I call it the moon light)lamp, it really reminds me of the moon and it lights up the bedroom really well, very calming and relaxing. You can get a lesser wattage to use it as a dimmer light if you like...It has a white marble base.

I went to the store a couple of times in order to explore options for an office. The staff overall was welcoming and helpful at every juncture. I want to lift up a particular staff member, Bloom. She was professional, engaging and made the experience very positive and enjoyable. I will be coming back again soon.

I've had an EQ3 couch for years and been extremely satisfied with it, cannot believe how solid it is constructed for the price it is compared to competitors and direct to consumer. But really I want to write that Omari working here is exceptional at their job, after getting stressed out visiting many furniture stores that weren't within our reach, Omari helped us with their wonderful manner and relaxed us and we found perfect things for our new home.

Bought an Eve Grand camel Leather sofa a couple of years ago and it causes back pain if you sit any longer than 45-60 mins. We paid over $3000 for the sofa and $1000 for the ottoman since we got the highest level of leather and the larger sofa. Definitely would not recommend their sofas if you plan to sit for extended periods of time. Fortunately, their customer service has been good thus far. Hoping they can replace the sofa with something that is not leather.

Fantastic customer service! Friendly and they know their products, store, and company. Highly recommend this in-person furniture store. Fair prices, too.

I was in the store three times before pulling the trigger on a dresser and a new sofa and each and every time I have had nothing but the best service. Omari in particular was very helpful in advising on fabric selection for my custom sofa. Better customer service than Crate & Barrel and West Elm! Furniture seems to be of great quality to price ratio and I can't wait to have my furniture delivered!

I purchased 2 sofas from EQ3 2.5 years ago. I followed the sales person's advice and go the extended warranty. It was a lot more money but she said it wold guarantee that I would be covered for tears or stains, etc. The sofas were such a big investment I followed her advice. Fast forward and one of the seams is coming apart. No problem. I have an extended warranty...but they don't cover that. I was sent this upon their receipt of pics of damage: "8.0 PLAN EXCLUSIONS.i) Separating or stretching of the covering material, stress tear, seam separation, material flaws, fabric pulls, fabric pilling, or deterioration of any material components".Sufficed to say, don't get the extended warranty and know that the sofas aren't meant to last. Neither sofa got much wear and tear yet the seams are separating.

Good looking furniture, poor quality and terrible service. While the designs are nice they are cheaply made with lo quality wood underneath drawers that looks like pallets planks. The rails in my drawers stop working after a few years, making it impossible to open drawers. The veneer surfaces come slightly chipped and because we purchase the prices through a retailer and not directly through them, they will not offer customer service. Their customer service number is a sham, when ever you prompt "1" for English, the system says, answer not recognized.

Reviewing here as it's not letting me review on the site. I purchased the tambour 86" credenza. Shortly after purchasing the veneer started peeling off and they sent me a replacement shelf. Now, a few years later the rest of the veneer is coming off and EQ3 doesnt have a replacement panel they can sell nor a way of fixing it. Not the quality I was expecting sadly for EQ3. Looks great, just not the best quality and not forever pieces.

We bought multiple pieces of furniture from EQ3 including a bed frame, side tables, and media console. Though we like the furniture, overall, the customer service has been awful throughout our ordeal with the bed frame. When we first received the Cello storage bed, it felt uneven and the center was raised while both edges were slanting downward. My wife and I contacted customer support, and we explained the exact problem and they even had us send photos of the bed from various angles. After reviewing this, they simply responded that there was no problem and did not offer any way to address it other than to suggest getting a different mattress (really?). So we went to the NYC store and explained the problem again only for the employees to tell us there was no fix and we'd need to replace the bed frame (our frame allowed storage under the bed) to a different one (a wooden frame with flat slats). At this point, we had been sleeping for several months on an uneven bed sloping to each side, and we had many back and forth emails/phone calls with EQ3 (with many customer support employees giving us attitude as if we'd done something wrong). Finally, the day comes for the delivery personnel to replace the frame, and they realize that the center support of our existing frame can VERY easily be adjusted and lowered to make the frame flat/even. We have yet to trial this as a viable solution, and we're already dreading our experience if this doesn't fix the problem. In summary, we like the furniture, but the experience we had will likely prevent us from buying EQ3 furniture in the future.

poor customer service, does not stand behind products when they are defective or offer solution to fix them.
