Great and helpful staff. The place is kept clean constantly. When things break (as they all do) they are fixed relatively quickly. Not too crowded. I enjoy working out here every time.

Not the best club in the chain. Subterranean, small, with a limited selection of equipment. You're better off ot nearby Bryant Park, Graybar or Rock Center
