They played harsh hardcore really loud the entire time we were at the store. Almost seemed like it was on purpose to make us leave. Either way, really inconsiderate and felt like the most unwelcoming space. Not coming back

I recently ordered a pair of shoes that shipped fast . However after 8 days the tracking did not update . I was inquiring with dhl after 3 business days just to get an update and they told em to contact the seller . Now I also recieved 2 tracking numbers for my item . Long story short I was in contact with them thrupught the process and I didn't even get an answer to one question I asked until my 7th email . Then they promptly refunded my.order and said dhl lost my.package .....however dhl tells me.they never recieved the package the table was just created . In light of all of this I asked the shop to hold the last of my.size in the shoes I had purchased so I could re buy them when my refund comes thru ( keep in mind they declined to just replace the product which is ridiculous). But they declined me., said they will not do that and said better re purchase them fast !!! . How about I will . Just not from u Muppets. What an awful experience . I don't recommend shopping here . I know I will never be back . I value custoner service and honest busiensss .

I received my order. Somehow UPS didn't really update shipping information until the order was out for delivery, which is very weird. The status changed directly from "Label created " to "out for delivery". Extra butter's customer service also replied my questions through email two days later. I wish they would respond more quickly in this case and picked up their phone to talk directly. It would avoid so much misunderstanding.

I recently ordered a jacket from them online, and the jacket I received did not match the jacket in the image preview. I contacted them looking to get a full refund back on my card because I received the incorrect item that was marketed and they do not respond even after filling out the contact form multiple times, I have been waiting more than a couple of business days already. Very disappointed and I feel like I have been scammed.Update: their website form didn’t work but I emailed their support email and was to coordinate with them and was able to get a return. Once I was able to communicate with them they responded promptly in giving me my return

I've bought sneakers and accessories in store. Nice staff. But raffles? In probably 50 draws I've never won. And now they are using EQL, which charges a Run Fair fee to any winner. I mean, you can't run a raffle fairly so you bring in a third-party to generate better optics and pass that cost onto the customer? How is that none of these brands - sneaker and retail alike - haven't figured out how to properly create a positive, brand-affirming experience?

I stopped in on my way to somewhere else because it had a neat looking set-up & no regrets. They had some really nice pieces. The one shirt I really wanted, fit a bit bigger than usual, and the associates even looked up to see if their other stores had it in for me. Both associates I spoke to were super helpful, and the one in particular who I shared I was visiting to even mentioned some other stores worth a glance in the area for me.I’ll definitely stop in my next trip. The hospitality & atmosphere were A1

Stole $200 from me, never shipped the shoes. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received, everything is automated. No one answers the phone or responds to emails, should be shut down immediately. A company of thieves.

Love Extra Butter!! they always have the lattes dunks. I bought some dunks but go get wrong size, the customer services was amazing and helping get the right size and my points.

Thank you for the one pair of sneakers!I purchased two pairs of sneakers off this website after I was referred by my great friend.I received one pair of sneakers relatively quick (I live one hour from the city) and it did not include the other pair. I assumed they would be arriving separately, but guess what!I emailed the info@extrabutter asking for the status on the pair, and they simply said they sold out and they refunded me after a week of not receiving the pair.Why would you not inform the customer that they would be receiving a refund if their order was not in stock?Unacceptable and not professional whatsoever.Better to shop at Mr. Porter lol

I don’t usually leave online reviews on shoes on here. However, I felt the need to make a review short and sweet ordered a pair of crocs limited and from the moment the order was placed to being out on delivery at the moment the email updates have been outstanding to say the least i’ve ordered sneakers and crocs online, but never the detail tracking that is provided constantly so you can keep track of them not to mention the price vs places like StockX was a great deal I subscribed so I hope to do business with them again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!

While the staff was attentive with getting me an alternate size and providing insight on which size to get (like opting for a larger size to help limit creasing of the material), they boxed and sold me the wrong size. As in, the box said one size and the shoes inside were different. Not a big deal since I live a few blocks away but I see tourists in there all the time! How do I know? Trust me you can tell LOL. Anyway it would suck to be visiting and not be able to easily exchange them.This is also weird to add but I feel like I wouldn't have written this silly review if they apologized and offered me a piece of the (free, if you ask. From what I've seen.) candy behind the register. Idk I was slightly miffed but it's all good. Might ask for a candy next time.
